I want to give Pristine a secret sixth star, but it's not an option. Omar & his crew did an unbelievable job on a new patio and sprinkler system. They brought a lot of guys, they worked long days, they did beautiful work, they finished ahead of schedule and they cleaned up beautifully. Really enjoyed working with them.

When my tankless water heater wasn’t working.

I called Smith for a gas boiler issue, it was not firing up consistently. The russian plumber came and looked at the boiler for a minute then stated we needed a new boiler. When I asked him why, he said the boiler is old. I asked him what's causing the problem, and he stated the heat exchanger is clogged. I asked why not clean it? He said it's $1500 to clean it. I told him he's out of his mind, hit the bricks and called a real plumber who came, diagnosed the problem to the ignition control box (spark box), swapped it and a couple of hundred dollars later it's working perfectly again. BTW the heat exchanger is in perfect condition, these guys are hiring boiler salesmen instead of plumbers.

I live in Bergen County. worked with 4 other plumbing companies between rockland and Bergen Counties. Smith was the 5th. I guess 5th time was the charm because the work Matt and his men did on short notice was exceptional. Smith will be my go to going forward. 5th time gets 5 stars.

Reliable, affordable, clean and friendly! I got three estimates when I was putting in my central air. Nobody could come close to Matt’s prices. His professionals were always there on time and cleaned up beautifully...you couldn’t even tell that there was a three day project happening in my house. Since then I have used Smith’s services for plumbing and HVAC maintenance and have recommended them to many happy customers. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!

These guys are the BEST!!! When other AC companies came to my house to look at my broken central air - they recommended that I replace the entire system at a price over $10,000!
