On July 12th we had an issue with our A/C unit and we were fortunate enough to have Patrick dispatched to our home for the repair. Smith Cooling and Heating was responsive to our request and the technician they sent was knowledgeable and professional. They have definitely earned a 5 out 5 stars!

Matt and his team did a fantastic job replacing my central AC! Smith Heating and Cooling was able to send someone out within 24 hours for a service call after I experienced a leak and water damage. Patrick was extremely thorough, fully evaluated the problem, and gave me honest feedback so I could decide whether to repair or replace. Matt and his team were able to install a new unit timely, (and in a heat wave!) despite it being such a busy time of year. They arrived on time, were efficient with their work, and I was updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

Mr Quinn arrived in just about an hour after my call. He provided excellent service, was respectful and kind. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within 1-2 hours.
The price was very reasonable, and he refused w a tip my wife tried to give him.

The service technician Chris came immediately to evalúate my issue . After thorough checking of our system he patiently explained that the loud clicking sounds coming from my baseboard was caused by the expansion and contraction of the metal fins inside the radiador. As always, prompt & thorough service.

We have been using Smith Plumbing for years. Their plumbers are always courteous and knowledgeable. Today, we called them to repair a leaky kitchen sink. My most recent experience was dealing with the company on Tues; 8/5 and the Plumbing Tech (Chris) did an amazing job trouble shooting leaks and was able to repair the issues quickly. He also offered, some additional recommendations and courses of action to follow so that the issue will not return in the future. Nice job, Chris !

Matt the owner and his Smith Cooling and Heating team are responsive, dependable, do great work and give fair pricing. I've used him on numerous occasions, big and small and he's always come through. I definitely recommend using them if you're in Rockland county.

Smith Heating Cooling responded rite away, sending a service technician to the house. They stood in constant contact, letting me know what the issue was with my heat. They then proceeded to give a few options on how we could rectify the problem. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

They give you multiple estimates before they start any job. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly and take the time to go over the work they do, explain and answers all your questions . When the work is done they clean up and leave the premises as if they were never there. I highly recommend Smith cooling and heating to anyone.
