Very unprofessional, they have an employee driving the truck who has a beard (I don't recall the name) who is very rude and was cursing at everyone on a busy street during rush hour.

Living on Patton Road Newburgh NY a worker in a van drove by earlier and gave the middle finger. Its sad that there are unstable people working at this company.

Needed an estimate for a new meter base on the outside of my house. Joe came right over, gave a very fair estimate and replaced the box pronto! I did not have to call the electric company or go buy the new base. Joe did everything. He even went above and beyond by caulking around some outdoor pipes and then coming back later when I came home from work to put the electricity back on and to make sure everything was working properly . Would highly recommend him. His wife Katie is super nice and helpful too. Joe knows his stuff, call him today!!

I made the first phone call at 10:30 on a Monday night. Left a message and within 15 minutes Katie (who is awesome) called me back. Explained the problem and she told me the guys would be here Tuesday between 3:00 and 4:00. They were. Had to call her again Tuesday night and she said they'd be back first thing in the morning. They were. Everything is working fine now with no problems.
The men were very professional and courteous and did a great job.
Definitely keep them in mind when you need an electrician.

So happy Joey Prato and JP3 Electric. They did a new panel install and connection to code. Joey is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail before and while work was being performed. He dealt with inspectors, his wife Katie is always available to take a phone call or email and gets right back to you if you have a question very impressed would highly recommend.

Joe had installed a ceiling fan/light in my living room. Everything was working fine until recently when only the light was working. I changed the battery in the remote but still it didn't work. I called JP3 and Katie was able to fit me into Joe's schedule. I am embarrassed to say that I forgot to re-program the remote after changing the battery. Joe re-programed the remote and did not charge me for the visit. Joe is a professional who will never take advantage of a customer. I will only use JP3 for an electrical needs.
