The contractor came out and fixed my HVAC unit in under an hour, which is impressive. However, they never provided me with a detailed estimate of the repairs or their cost beforehand. I received a $1500 bill a few weeks later, which caught me off guard.
I felt taken aback by the sudden expense and expressed my concerns to Eddie. Despite this, he did offer a 10% discount on the bill, which is why I didn't give them one star instead of two. To be honest, the original quote seemed reasonable when I asked around about what was fixed, but I just felt frustrated that I wasn't given more information before being hit with such a large bill.
