AC unit broke on a Sunday, I called and got a live answer and they were at my house first thing Monday morning. I tried to places and MGM was the only one who could help right away! Up and working before lunch! Technicians were very polite and upfront. I highly recommend calling them first before a bigger company you see on TV.

This is my second time using MGM and I could not be happier with the service. I called at 9am in the morning with an emergency at my rental property, Gideon was there by 11:30. Unfortunately I had to have the furnace replaced, which he was able to do the same day. He even worked late in order to make sure the tenant had heat that night. His work is excellent, very professional and prompt. I would not think twice about recommending MGM to a friend or family.

I could not say enough good things about MGM Heating & Cooling. I needed my furnace and AC unit replaced, and MGM offered by far the most cost effective overall package. Gedeon was both very knowledgeable and patient in answering my many and varied technical questions and helping me evaluate my options. In the end I chose an upgraded version of the furnace and went with Gedeon’s recommendation for the AC.

Gedeon and his crew were very professional and punctual during the installation, and they did a very thorough job with all the ancillary connections and attachments. Many improvements that were listed as priced options on competing estimates were included in the price of the job without me asking for them, and the price still came out below most lower capacity systems quoted by the competing bids.

The service went great, Gedeon was on time, very professional, answered all my questions, wore footwear over his shoes and cleaned up when he was done. I have been doing business with MGM for years and I plan on continuing.

MGM heating and cooling is fantastic! He is always professional and kind whenever he comes to do our HVAC service. I called him about getting central air, and by the end of that same week he was over with the unit ready to install.

I cannot say enough great things about MGM! I have a house with four small kids and my central air died in the middle of a heat wave here in July. I called MGM and he was here to diagnose the problem within the hour! As it turned out my ac unit was very old (which I knew) and had to be replaced. He gave me a cost estimate and I did my due diligence and shopped around- there was no better deal anywhere, most were almost double. They were here first thing the very next morning and installed my new central air unit. They were very professional and very nice to my kids and myself. They were also very tolerant of my dog who followed them around the whole time! He also noticed a clogged exhaust while installing my ac that had nothing to do with my ac, and unclogged it for me with no additional charge. He took the time to advise me on how often to change air filters and proper maintenance. My bill was exactly what he quoted me the day before, no hidden taxes or fees. MGM was a total life saver for my family and I, you will not regret giving them your business.

We just returned home after being away for 8 months to a hot water heater that was leaking. I called Gedeon. He came right to my house and within 2 hours, he replaced the water heater. I am so grateful that he was able to replace the water heater before any damage occurred. He and his crew are great!
