Blake Miller Lawn & Landscape

I hired Blake Miller to plow my driveway this past winter, not only did they not show up the majority of the time, mainly the times when it was needed the most, they billed me for trips that never occurred. Myself son, and daughters had to shovel so we could get in and out of our driveway to go to work. I had to hire my neighbors son to snow blow because the snow was so deep and heavy. I made two phone calls both of which were not returned. The last major snow we had my car got stuck in the middle of the driveway because it had snowed all day and was still snowing at 11 pm when I came home and I couldn't get up my driveway. My daughter had to park her car in the street and the town had plowed it in. That night I left a message on their voice mail again no one made an effort to contact me. Finally someone came out but could only do half the driveway because my car was stuck from the night before, which I was billed for. After reaching out to my facebook friends I was given the name of another plow service who came out right away not only plowed my driveway, but help me get my car and my daughters car out. I wrote Blake Miller an email explaining my dissatisfaction and cancelled their service. They only response was a few weeks later when I received a bill for $300, again for services not preformed and an early termination fee. Not only am I disgusted at their lack of service, but that at no point has anyone from that company contacted me to speak with me and even try to resolve my dissatisfaction. They only contact are bills that come in the mail for services not performed, nor did they live up to their end of the contract. So, bill away Blake Miller, bill away because I have neighbors who helped me and my children shovel my driveway on numerous occasions, and my new plow service that came out when you didn't, so it is not just my word against yours. Unfortunately, I had to go this route but when you don't care enough about your customers,to follow up after numerous phone calls and e mails I was left with no choice. Yes, this is also on my facebook page social media goes a long way.

Met with Blake last week for a preliminary conversation about options for our backyard. You could tell he is passionate about his work and definitely puts his heart into each and every project. We are not ready to move forward yet - but when we are, he will be the first person we call.

We had the Blake Miller group install a paver patio and surrounding landscaping in our back yard and we could not be happier. Throughout the project Blake and his team demonstrated the upmost professionalism and craftsmanship. We would definitely recommend the Blake Miller group and will be reaching out to them for future projects.
