Plumbing reviews in Penfield, New York

Their drivers will cut you off without looking

Outside spigot had a leak in the safety valve. Made time in their schedule and came to fix it. Quick, quality work, and even added a new shutoff valve for me when I asked.

Tom was very professional and responsive. He arrived at my house and was able to fix the issue immediately at a reasonable price. Thank you Tom!

Best plumber in Rochester with the most experience. Great guy

Honest & reliable! Rochester’s best plumbing group & it’s not even close!

This guy does it all! Tom is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers in the game. Anything from new builds to swapping out water heaters his prices are fair, his work is efficient, and due diligence is done. Just recently had him install an ejector pump on a project and couldn’t be happier! Thanks Tom!

Highly recommend TJs for all of your plumbing needs in Rochester! They are the best!

Tom has been my go to plumber for years. Whether it’s for a rental property, my home, or friends/family, he’s always the first one to call! The King of all things plumbing!

Tom always comes in clutch when I need him. Very reliable, professional, fairly priced and above all else trust worthy. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs!

The best in the business, fast and efficient as always. Very professional and reliable. I had them do all my plumbing in my new build!

Best all around service

Decided not to use. Don't remember why. It was either cost or timing

Tom is the MAN! Great service, knowledgeable and fair priced! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fast service, fair, kind, efficient, great job..thanks!

Thomas did a great job installing a new shutoff valve feeding an outdoor spigot. Fast, clean and job well done.

This is the second time that my wife and I have used GT Campbell plumbing. The first was to install a new hot water heater. Everything about that experience was first class by both Thomas and George. They recommended the correct hot water heater for us and installed it on our schedule. Very professional and courteous .
We just had our toilet replaced, and a couple faucets in our home switched out by GT Campbell. They are definitely our go to Plumber! Communication was first rate, pricing was competitive and fair. The in-home service and friendliness is definitely second to none. We would highly recommend them to anybody for their plumbing needs.

George Campbell Plumbing has been my "go-to" service for several years. I can always depend on them for fast, dependable and professional work.

Was over to fix an emergency pipe burst from freezing in under an hour ! Very professional , knowledgeable and prepared . Family run business that cares !

This company was very knowledgeable about the issues we were experiencing and gave us several options on how to repair/replace. Pricing was made transparent before any work was completed.

Amazing work! My (very old!) water heater finally broke and they were incredibly friendly and responsive in sending someone out to replace it. Technician explained the entire process in a straightforward and understandable manner and spoke about how to extend the life of the new heater too! They prioritized my needs as a customer and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m so happy with the work they did! 11/10
