I have a Property Management Company in Point Lookout & called John MacDonald & Son, Inc (aka Order A Plumber) on a holiday for plumbing issues. They were very responsive, arrived in a timely manner & took care of the problem for a reasonable charge.

Great experience with Joe (foreman) & Nicole (office). Clear and concise estimate. Timely arrival and completion, actually done an hour early. Team was great and I will recommend them in the future.

Andrew arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, got the replacement part within an hour and installed it promptly. The HVAC system began to work immediately. Very happy with the service.

Came exactly on time, very polite, very clean and very thorough and
reviewed all work done. As plumbers are so hard to find, this company is amazing. Beyond nice, so helpful, I highly recommend. The whole team is very responsive and pleasant.

Joe and Alex are knowledgeable and helpful professionals. They did a great job working on my combi-boiler & thermostat to get my baseboard heaters working. Previously, Joe helped me to get my kitchen faucet cleared of sand, rust, and minerals to restore water flow and hot water. Next time I have an issue, I will call them again.

Awesome mechanics did an outstanding job at diagnosing a gas leak. Good work isn't cheap but cheap work isn't any good. Fair pricing for professional service. They just completed a new gas line installation for our kitchen stove and the job was done very expeditiously, cleanly and safely. Got our job done so we could enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. Call them first. Just completed our 24/25 gas boiler check up for the coming season. Mechanic on time and, as always professional. Kudos to Joe. He helped us previously and it was good to see him again. I reiterate, call them first!!

Exceptional Company to work with. Very reliable extremely knowledgeable and professional. They provide the best and most honest service.

I called and they were on the job in 2 hours and solved the problem. Thanks

Excellent job done. Very happy with results.

We bought a dishwasher from PC Richard's and paid for installation, but they wouldn't install it, complaining about the valves. We called Order-A-Plumber. They installed new valves and actually did some re-piping, then installed the dishwasher. It looks great and the 2 men really worked hard at it.

Had A/C issue. Called on Monday and spoke to Nicole, arranged for someone to look at unit next day. They can on time, evaluated the issue quickly and determined it need Freon! The problem was resolved in 10 minutes. The crew was great and very helpful. Stay local. Thank you McDonalds Plumbing and Order a Plumber! Great people helping neighbors!

Our boiler turned off unexpectedly and they were responsive and understanding of the situation. They quickly were able to determine the likely culprit and recommend a way forward, and continued to help and recommend fellow contractors that we need as well as we fix/ get to the bottom of the problem.
