I got ripped off by this business and was refused an invoice for the overpriced and shoddy mitigation done after hurricane Ida. He totally took advantage of the situation and my dad, who was a WWII veteran! And he was a fellow veteran. What a dishonor. 1 star is too many. Stay away.

I had my first (and certainly not last!) experience with King today.
I just texted the owner himself, Bruce, last night and he came to my rescue this morning. He was punctual (gave me a one hour arrival window and stuck to it!) , extremely articulate, professional, and fair. He and his worker were efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend them!

Such an amazing experience. We used King Steamer twice in one month. First, to disinfect our newly purchased house. We wanted this service due to the COVID pandemic. Then, to clean all our carpets. Our carpets look amazing and brand new! In addition, he had a great sense of humor , was easy to schedule with and was very affordable!

Bruce owner of King Steamer has been servicing our home for twenty years. We 're always happy with his excellent service. The quality of his work is outstanding and his pricing is more than fair. Recently I called Bruce for a "major dog accident" on our new carpet. I was so distressed. I called Bruce close to quitting time. He came straight to our home and cleaned and sanitized the carpet so well it was new again. That's service above and beyond.

I used Bruce at King Steamer to clean my area rug and sectional sofa. Bruce is amazing and hard working and completely cleaned my white sectional. It was dirty from my dog etc and he got out most of what way there, but with white it’s not easy. The nicest, sweetest guy and he worked for so long and she am completely pleased. Contacted Bruce, owner and operator of King Steamer after being stood up by another company (cough, Stanley Steamer). The next day, my carpets were cleaned for half the price quoted by their competitor. He was prompt, professional, courteous and engaging! Come to find out, all my neighbors use his services! I will never use another company again!

We just moved in in the rugs were so gross that I was considering removing them but decided to try cleaning them first. They look like new! And even more importantly they smell terrific! Now I’m running around the house to see what I want him to clean next!

This company was highly recommended by good friends. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. No one ever got back to me. Called again the following week and left a voice mail since no one was in the office. I did not hear back! I am looking for another company to do my windows. Good to know that during this pandemic that Crystal Window Cleaner can afford to blow off new clients! Disappointed, very poor customer service!
