Had them come out to clean a sectional. The couch is about 7 years old, solid and comfortable so we didn't want to throw it away. No complaints about the worker but for $310 bucks it's really not much cleaner. I've rent out cleaners before for about 40$ and it did as good a job as the Stanley Steamer equipment. I figured they had better equipment and the results would be better, but it wasn't. As far as furniture is concerned, rent out your own cleaner and save yourself a lot of money. BTW it took them about 30-40 minutes to earn that 300$.

Worked with Ryan today from Port Chester location...He was absolutely incredible! He worked fast and efficient at everything, got everything done and answered all of our questions/concerns. Super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Ryan to anyone using Stanley Steemer!

I called Stanley Steemer on a Tuesday to get my sectional, dining room chairs, and small living room rug cleaned (for the first time since purchasing them, yikes!) I desperately needed them cleaned for a gathering on the weekend, and they were able to schedule me for the next morning! John and his coworker (I forget his name 🤦🏻‍♀️) were so amazing! They went over the work that was to be done, went over my concerns, and made helpful suggestions, all while being friendly, professional, and polite! I am so happy with how my sectional looks; one of the arms was filthy with stains from the kids and now it looks like new!! My dining room chairs didn't fare as well but the stains were pretty hard set and were in there for a long time, so nothing short of a miracle would've gotten them looking like new. But I would say they look 80% better than they did before John came! Our little living room rug looks much cleaner as well. Prices were so reasonable for the work they did. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the outcome!

Greg and Michael came to my house to clean out my dryer vent. They were kind and courtesy to keeping my house clean. While working quickly and doing a great job. The amount of build up in my dryer was insane. Will definitely use again.

The employee, Delano, was absolutely amazing! He was extremely friendly & knowledgeable, very neat & thorough! We had a beige carpet with many marks and stains, it now looks brand new again and smells amazing! Highly recommend Stanley Steemer!

I had grout and tile cleaned in 5 bathrooms and I had carpet cleaned in one room. The service was fantastic. My tile and grout had never been professionally cleaned and the results far exceeded my expectations. Most of the tile and grout looks new. The carpet cleaning left the carpet looking new and vibrant. The team was great. They arrived on time, explained the process, we agreed on a plan of action and they went through the house efficiently and methodically. I would highly recommend this service and this team.

My floors look exactly the same as they were before Stanley steemers came in. I basically paid $1000 to mop the floors. Would not recommend.

Frank and Mike from Stanley Steemer were awesome! They came to clean my HVAC ducts in my Condo which had not been cleaned since the building was built. They did an amazing job and were courteous and professional. Thank you!

Leroy was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He advised me to go in a different direction in terms of the cleaning. He was able to read the customer very well and I’ll be happier with these results.

I’m happy with the cleaning of my sofa and loveseat. I did realize that with my dining room chairs, the upholstery was cleaned, however, I still found crumbs in the crevices of the chairs. I assumed that cleaning the crevices would also be included. I guess I was wrong. So overall the cleaning went well, and the techs were polite. My only issue is that they finished the service at 9am. I stepped out to check on something outside and I realized they left the water from the hose running. That means the water was running from 8:15am til 12:15pm. This is a waste of water which is also a waste of money. It also flooded the front entrance to the tenants in the basement apt. They also never reconnected the hose and just really left things a mess. I had to head down and try to clear the water out from in front of the tenants apt. I would still recommend Stanley Steemer I’d just be vigilant when it comes to closing the water valve.

Milton was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Not his issue but I wish the online ordering service from Stanley Steemer was more clear with the pricing options. I ended up paying a lot more for extras

Delano arrived on time and did an amazing job. Absolutely brilliant.
He could not have been nicer or more professional - taking care to get out every spot and bringing the tougher ones to my attention.
He was so good I let him clean my uber fancy Italian lounge chair …
All in all I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and Delano!

Stanley Steamer was great. I had my duct vents cleaned and they did a great job. The guys were on time, efficient and did a great job! I was very happy with the service I received and highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

Delano was not only a professional expert at his craft, he also performed his task with a friendly disposition which cemented our desire to continue business with this company. His service was a breath of fresh air; friendly, courteous, and tailored to the customer’s needs and satisfaction. He left a pleasant aroma that did not only come from the room deodorizer he used, but also from his mannerisms.

Omar and his helper did an excellent job on my entire house. They took care and worked quickly and efficiently. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Technician Greg arrived earlier than expected. He was polite and respectful. He was very thorough with the job at hand. The item now works flawlessly thanks to his efforts. We are very pleased and will recommend Stanley Steamer to a friend who needs their service.

Hi the service i received was terrific,informative and clean and neat work.
It was alot of work for Ryan going up and down in and out to bring in and set up and break down lots of stairs .
The carpets came out clean .
