Great service , great guy

Kevin has been my hvac guy for 5 years. He is always helpful and very honest. He recently changed my sump pump and does anual maintenance to my 3 central air systems. Greatly appreciate

Kevin was great to work with. He replaced the compressor on our condenser and handled the winterization, and you could tell he really cared about getting it right. He put in long hours and kept us in the loop the whole time, which we appreciated.

What stood out most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just finish the job and move on...he followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. He also took the time to walk me through what he was doing, which made the whole process feel a lot more straightforward.

Really solid experience all around. I’d definitely work with Kevin again.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Kevin. He is professional, friendly, and always helpful. What really sets him apart is his customer service and responsiveness. He has come through for us quickly, even on weekends. We had an emergency occur with our HVAC on a Saturday and he was here within 30 minutes of the call. Highly attentive, highly productive, highly responsive.

Kevin is highly efficient and he always wants the best for his clients so he goes above and beyond to get the job down and most important he is always on time .
He always sends reminders when it’s time to service our systems.

Kevin is amazing, prompt, efficient, does a great job. Serviced our Navien system. Fixed it in five minutes. Checked our Bosch AC, which he installed for us last year. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Kevin did a great job- we had had other companies out and they didn’t identify the issue. Notablh, Kevin suggested we solve the issue with a warranty replacement, and he also had a creative solution for another part of the house. I don’t know if he has worked with Mr Cool technology extensively prior to this, but he certainly got himself up to speed if he didn’t, and he used AI well to weigh alternative approaches - I appreciated that. Overall a positive experience, and next time something needs attention we will be sure to call.
