Ellen MWe found Arctic through the excellent ****** HVAC platform, and feel very fortunate to have done so. I do not work in the industry, but understand the equipment and how it functions well enough to disassemble, and assemble, a furnace or condenser. Regarding new Installations, I found the teams to be the best Ive seen. One unit had to be installed into a particularly tight space, and the installer fabricated brackets to accommodate. I checked all the levels and seals afterwards and they were spot on. But when I asked them upon completion about the levels, the installer said theyre spot on. I said do you want to double check? He said, I dont have to. I already did, but Im happy to show you. After they finished, they didnt just take off but stayed around to make sure I understood and approved everything. Even the town inspector admire their work during the post completion inspection.Before the permit closure inspection, they had two people come out to double check everything and they checked every detail. Ive never seen that before. One of the things that impressed me initially was that the person who did the quote had industry experience and was very knowledgeable. This makes a huge difference not just having a sales person who generates a quote. In our case, he actually downsized one of the units which was exactly correct and saved us money.On a previous install, the very reputable company replaced the condenser with a lesser quality condenser from Lennox (Merit line) without advance notice. I took the time to write this review because I think good companies work hard to earn reviews. We came to this company because another very good company doubled their prices following a take over. I also recommend ******, for which they are certified. The condensers are easy to clean (and should be cleaned annually). I also found everyone (I came to meet 15 people at the firm) to be just nice, which we also liked. This is a good team.

I have used Arctic Mechanical for almost 12 years now. They always come in so professionally, they scope out the whole project, they send me a quote, then we set up a date and proceed from there.The company is always in communication with me as far as who and when the workers will be arriving. Once on the job site the workers always call me and we meet to discuss the work that will be done. Arctic mechanical workers are all nice and friendly if there are any issues they will call me right away to get them resolved. They stay as long as they are needed to get the job completed.I definitely recommend them for you next Job

Service maintenance is always well managed by proper service technicians. What distinguishes Arctic, is that the owner always responds to service requests at any time or date, gets involved with the solution and timely resolution. Every system we install strictly matches the signed customer contract and proposal. ******************** Recommendations: On May 17, 2026, our company owner personally visited your home to inspect your 15-year-old Luxaire system and provided an estimate for a full replacement. Topping off refrigerant on an aging unit with a leak is only a temporary fix, not a permanent solution. While we understand the frustration and expense of needing a new system, continuous refrigerant charges cannot stop an ongoing leak on a 15-year-old system during peak summer heat.We stand behind the quality, honesty, and transparency of our work.
