We called MGC once our AC failed 2 days ago in what has to be the busiest time in the history of HVAC professionals. They were extremely responsive and appreciated the urgency of our needs. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Came to our house and tried to repair it to save us money. After that wasn’t doable they contacted every possible vendor to get us a unit. They worked tirelessly and found what we needed. Within 48 hours we are up and running and they also inspected everything else, changed filters you name it, they did it even if it wasn’t part of the original scope of work. I will be a lifetime client. Hands down the best client experience during my homeownership.
I live in a private house with two central air conditioning units. Last year my heating went and I called this company. They came right away and fixed it within hours. Haven’t had a problem since. Now one of the A/C units failed so I called this company again and they came within a few hours. The owner himself actually showed up and checked my system. He found the problem right away and actually had the parts in his truck and fixed the problem within an hour. The AC unit is not working perfectly. He is a local, HVAC contractor, and very professional. The pricing is beyond reasonable especially for a quick response. He went above and beyond my expectations. Even left the place cleaner than he found it. Very highly recommend this company. Don’t hesitate to ask me any question to them.
