Great company Nelson was fantastic and came next day got my heating up and running

Our A/C stopped working on a very hot day. A neighbor recommend Arctic Mechanical. We called and Nelson came by a few hours later. He fixed our problem, was polite and knowledgeable. We will call Arctic again if needed and ask for Nelson. Thank you. Chris & Al Notarnicola

Arctice Mechanical has done a great job in servicing our HVAC unit. Their maintenance plan is so helpful in keeeping us on track with our unit so that we aren't waiting for something to break. Case in point, our AC service appointment this week came right about the time we started using the AC and we found that it wasn't cooling. Joseph came out to service the unit and found that the motor in the compressor wasn't working. He fixed it a few days later and we are now back in business. Joseph was prompt, helpful and did a fantastic job with our system. Thank you!

Nelson is great and I always request him for service. Arrives within the allotted window of time and is super friendly.

My greatest thanks and appreciation to Arctic Mechanical for getting our air conditioning system repaired and up and running for my Mom who will be 102 years old in July. Al the technician was so awesome, so professional and dedicated to detail. Mark, John and Christina as well as others in the customer service department were so helpful and caring. You can’t do HVAC better than Arctic Mechanical.

Arctic's customer service is fantastic! From the owner Mark down. The customer service team, Christina, Sabrina and Lisa really care about there customers and do there very best to get the problem taken care of. And there technicians are top notch and get the job done fast and very clean.

Amazing service. I just had Nelson to some work at my house. He was beyond professional and knowledgeable!

Quality work. If you end up calling these guys, ask for Nelson. Thank goodness our issue turned out to be very minor. Nelson showed up, checked everything out and concluded very quickly what the problem was. Nelson was in and outta here in about 45mins. Very personable and his work was top notch.

What a great experience!! Called 9am and service man Luis was at my house at noon. Problem solved in 10 minutes, a stupid mistake made by another "top notch ' company, that sent 2 techs and still couldn't, or wouldn't, figure it out. Good by B and C, and thank you Arctic Mechanical, you officially have me as a new account.

Recently had my heating system serviced by Nelson. Great service and experience. Nelson was very professional and did an amazing job.

Arctic Mechanic excelled at every piece of a repair job we just wrapped. After sweating through an evening we called them before office hours to schedule their next available appointment. Their automated service gave us an appointment a few days out, but they then called and asked if we were available in the next hour. Less than an hour later, Nelson arrived at our house. He was courteous, knowledgable and did a wonderful job with the repair. We were back up and running within 30 minutes, and he even showed me a little bit about how our system works. Highly, highly recommended.

Luis was prompt, friendly and resolved the issue quickly, while telling me what the next steps were for a longer-term fix.

Arctic and their tech Luis were great. First hot spell and I am sure they are very busy. Bottom floor a/c not coming on and I called at 8:30 a.m. for service. I was surprised to be told that someone would be there TODAY between 10 and 2. When I hear that I always assume 2 at best. 10:45 they were at the house, found a clogged pump and we were up and running in no time. As someone who owns a service related business, I really appreciate a well run company. Thanks Arctic

The entire process with Arctic Mechanical has been seamless from evaluation to getting an estimate to installation. Everyone we have worked with has been responsive and professional. The installation went very well, we had plants and a sprinkler to work around. They were careful and didn't disturb anything. Everything was left clean after the work. They were respectful and also informative. We have been very impressed.

Nelson did a great job fixing our heating issue. He came right away. Great company.
