After major construction i asked the new team with Janet to return and as usual did an excellent job! Very professional, and very good at deep cleaning and preparing a newly renovated area for living in!

I previously worked with George on a full post-construction cleaning for our new home in 2020, and was very happy.

In 2021 our basement was heavily damaged during Hurricane Ida and after being unsatisfied with supposed "flood restoration and mitigation" companies who either didn't answer or do an incomplete job, I was extremely satisfied working with Marlen and her team. The saying on their truck mentions that they are so sure the customers will be happy with the result " if it is not thoroughly cleaned then it's free!" With the amazing job they did this time it is easy to see why they write this on their trucks! Many parts of the basement were cleaned to the point where they looked better than when it was new, and they even commented on some areas where the flood mitigation company should have addressed and didn't, which I wasn't even aware of- they are SO detail oriented!

I am looking forward to continuing to work with them for any cleanup need- they are much more than just a cleaning service, they know a great deal about what has to be done for what kind of damage, and what kind of job and their team is very familial with all kinds of building materials and helped me with alot of advice and recommendations for the rebuilding process. If you have a major cleanup job that needs to be done, I say don't trust it to anyone but the team at Health First!

When our home was affected by serious flooding Health First came highly recommended by our HVAC team for duct cleaning and basement sanitation cleaning. Marlen (owner) was extremely responsive and professional and her team showed up promptly, were very courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning all of our ducts as well as performing a massive cleaning of our basement which had been completely flooded. In such a stressful time, we were very lucky to have such quick turnaround and fair pricing. Would highly recommend!!

Janet & Jose and their team are the best! They came to our rental home on 62 A Gold Street Greenwich CT and inspected our previous home. I had a problem with the central air unit leaking for a year and half and the land lord didn’t know what was going on since “his people” couldn’t find the issue. I had to take matters into my own hands when the living room duct came down!! Jose came up and saw that the central unit was not leveled and there was no safety device to turn off the unit when the cooling coil starts defrosting. Not having leveled safety dish caused the dish to crack and the water from the melting defrost coil to run all over my parent in laws ceiling then down to the living room… it caused so much damage and mold to build up and breath over the years, definitely was not safe YET Jose & Janet came to the RESCUE! They cleaned out our vents and did EXTRA since we were in need, they made a temporary drainage to remove the excess water. Please look at all photos! God gave them care and skills, and I can’t speak any better about them that they did their best to help and put our health first. God bless them!
