Naceim and his team are professionals that deliver on their work and have exceptional customer service. Our pool started out literally as a 20x40 swamp and it's now a gorgeous swimmable pool.

My experience with Optimum started in June 2020. From the beginning they were responsive and provided excellent service. I will use them again next season.

My original pool maintenance company sold the business and I then tried 3 different pool companies who were not very good. I then called Optimum Pool Service after finding them online. Optimum turned out to be the best pool company I had in 30 years. Optimum will keep coming back to your house and fix the problem until it is corrected no matter how many times it takes. I also love that I can do most of the appointments and make payments online. It makes it so much easier. I highly recommend Optimum Poll Service.

Nissim and the team are fantastic. There's the perfect balance of automated systems (easy to opt into and out of services without calling) and customer service (always available when you call). Our pool is always spotless, they never miss an appointment or weekly cleaning and they don't upsell or over charge (they even recommended options to buy cleaners on Amazon vs doing the full service option through them). I trust them completely and they enable us to enjoy our pool all summer long stress-free!

Had a pool installed this summer and called a number of companies to help with pool maintenance. Optimum was by far the most professional and responsive. They got back to me same day and gave me a written quote on the various service options. They did the initial pool treatment for me and have been servicing the pool weekly. It's crystal clear. They come on schedule, on time and do a great job. Any questions I have get answered by text quickly. Love that they send an email with confirmation of service and a picture of the work. I've now hired them to maintain my new hot tub for the winter.
