Called them for an emergency covid clean at my office and they came immediately. They went above and beyond to ensure every surface was Up to CDC standards. I would definitely recommend them! During these times it is so hard to find a trustworthy company and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with.

I have been using the Service Master of Porchester for the past 20 years for various services. Most recently for cleanup after a remodel. Donna the officer manager is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Mike the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail. The various crews over the years have been hard working and take pride in their work.

ServiceMaster did a great job of addressing our concerns and helping to remove water damage to our property. They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would recommend them again.

The Portchester NY branch was Professional. Worked quickly to fix water problem. Good clean up during & when job was completed. Chris site manager kept us informed every step of the way.

We recently had our kitchen drain back up after a heavy rain. The kitchen was a mess- John was here with his team , cleaning up in a heart beat!! They were extremely timely, professional and could not have been nicer! I also needed our family room rug cleaned as it got wet as well…. When the rug came back it looked brand new! John and his team got the rug back within a weeks time and it never looked better! I can’t recommend them more- they are “on my Rolodex” for life!!

My dad is 97 and lives at home with a full time caregiver. There was an electrical fire at the house that destroyred his bedroom and made the house uninhabitable due to smoke damage. After contacting the insurance company, the ServiceMaster rep was there the next day and their crew started the the very next day. They anticipated all of the needs of this job, including the interupption of electericy and running water, and had a crew of 5 to 7 people working on it immediately. The job was completed in 5 working days. I live in another state and the Service Master Rep, Andrew, kept me updated every day and met me at the site on two occasions to answer my every question and go over every detail. The entire team was very professional, responsive and friendly. Great job!

My washing machine broke and there was water everywhere, on the main level. My son soaked it up quickly but my laminate floors lifted in the living room and both hallways. ServiceMaster sent a crew out right away. The crew chief, German Huertos, led a crew of 3 others: Omar Cruz, Ricardo Rangel, and Camilo Joya. The four of them worked like a well oiled machine. They were timely, efficient, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The Supervisor, Hiram Acosta, led them well. He answered all my questions and was also great to work with. I would recommend ServiceMaster to my family, friends and you! They made a disaster much easier to cope with. If anything ever happens again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call ServiceMaster. I’m hoping nothing does happen lol! I’d probably ask for the same Supervisor and crew. They were that great!! Thanks guys!! And thank you ServiceMaster for a job well done. It was way beyond my expectations!

My living room ceiling and walls were covered in oily film due to problem with gas fireplace chimney. ServiceMaster did an excellent job cleaning everything - I very highly recommend them.

We received immediate service when we called, we received same day restoration and the ServiceMaster team was kind, friendly and walked us through all of the damage. It was a Friday and they stayed late into the evening to ensure we were taken care of...I could not say more great things about Bob Sorensen and John Knapp. It was a wonderful experience.

I was faced with the painful task of having a close family member’s home cleaned out after she passed away. It was a very serious hoarder situation, so the utmost of care and sensitivity was needed. This crew and this company was incredible - they worked SO hard, clearly did everything with love and really helped me through an unimaginable circumstance with grace, professionalism and efficiency. We were in desperate need of clean up after flooding. Service Master responded immediately and came to us even though they had an already full schedule. They spent hours cleaning it up even after hours and did a fantastic job! Great attitude, very professional. Would definitely use again!

Chris and his team showed up snd did a great job cleaning a messy situation in s far crawlspace. He and his crew were clean courteous polite and on time. I’ll definitely request them if ever needed.

John, this email is to thank you and ServiceMaster Superior Cleaning & Restoration for both your teams immediate response and high degree of professional remediation service provided for my families emergency call. It was over a weekend that septic water a faulty injector system failed spilling gallons dirty water into from a finished basement bathroom.

My first call was to a plumber to fix the leak and second to your office and within 90 minutes the ServiceMaster Superior Restoration team was at our home. Your service Field Manager Eric accessed the damage, explained the mitigation process and set the crew chief and team to work. They sealed the room, removed the water, applied an “antimicrobial” solution, removed all wall boards effected and placed drying equipment. After 3 days the team returned and completed the job leaving the bathroom and family room perfectly dry and clean.

This was a very sudden emergency and over a weekend. My wife Melissa and I are very appreciative the your process and particularly the communication. We thank you and the ServiceMaster team for your professionalism, attention to detail and end result. Please know we will recommend your service to all our friends and neighbors.

After a substantial renovation project in my house, I called several places for estimates to clean my air ducts, which were visibly disgusting. Mike's estimator arrived promptly, put on his booties and got to work. The estimate was very fair, so I scheduled the job.

The crew arrived on time and it was evident from the beginning that they took great care to do the job efficiently AND carefully to avoid any damage in my home, especially while moving equipment around. As an aside, the crew also happened to be a really nice bunch of guys, with a great rapport and they make a homeowner feel at ease.

The ducts are now spotless and my anxieties about the construction dust (with who knows what in it), are gone.

I also have to say, I've never seen a business owner work harder to ensure my satisfaction than Mike. Throughout the job and afterwards, Mike was in contact with me to make sure everything went well. Sadly, that kind of concern is pretty much absent in lots of businesses. Not these guys. I was more than impressed with the them start-to-finish and cannot recommend Service Master Superior Cleaning enough.

I recently had the baseboards cleaned by ServiceMaster in my rental property. Bear in mind that they hadn't been touched in the 14 years that I've lived here so they were quite dirty and clogged with pet hair, etc. I got two estimates (the other company will remain nameless) to have the job done and I ultimately chose ServiceMaster. The main reason I chose them is that I have severe allergies. Mike Vitti, the company president came to the house and after viewing the situation explained the cleaning procedure in detail. They use a HEPA filter vacuum in conjunction with compressed air to clean the baseboards and set up an air scrubber to clean the particles in the air of each room while they work. The guys arrived on time with the owner, Scott, quickly set up and very efficiently began. The guys were kind, polite, fastidious about their work and when they finished, it was like the baseboards had been installed anew! I was so impressed that I wanted to post this recommendation out to the community. I will definitely use them again.... HIGHLY recommended!

P.S. I had them back in to clean my couch and couldn't be happier with the result!

ServiceMaster is a top notch service. They were hired to clean a 40 year old commercial range at my residence. The crew did a great job. Additionally they were polite and happy and a pleasure to be around all day.!I highly recommend.

My recent experience with ServiceMaster was excellent! The team was extremely thorough with my duct cleaning and was also very careful with everything in my home. They wore booties, covered all the furniture and floors, and even put bumpers on the corners and window sills so the hoses wouldn't come in contact with any surface. I will definitely have them back for other services - most likely carpet cleaning next!

ServiceMaster is responsive, professional and reasonably priced. They cleaned our washing machine and dryer vents expertly. They even came back later the same day to help us figure out why our dryer wouldn’t power on (through no fault of theirs) and they were able to fix it. They truly went above and beyond.
