Great experience with Ivan. Came out as scheduled to diagnose issue and was very thoughtful and systematic about it. He went through his own process and also referenced things online. Not an easy issue to figure out and he eventually did. Luckily the part and his labor were very reasonable in terms of price. Was just a great easy experience...my young daughter even made him a thank you card and gave him a candy...and he was sweet and great with her on top of everything else. Highly recommend.

We requested wolf cooktop repair in my area when we realized that one of the control knobs was stuck and was not moving easily when we turned it to increase or decrease the flame. The technician came in time, examined the cook top and soon discovered that there was a problem with the internal valve mechanism that allowed its correct adjustment. The restoration was done effectively, and all burners were checked to maintain an unproblematic and precise control. All was fine again after the service and the machine was running smoothly and easily. This was a quick, business-like and highly reliable experience.
