Been using these guys for years. Can’t believe what a hidden gem they are. Super transparent pricing, always pick up the phone, can get in touch with the owner Matthew for any advice he’s been so helpful. He’s knowledgeable about every aspect of pool cleaning and Reno. He’s told me he’s been in the business 30 years and it shows. Considering a pool Reno next season will definitely be using these guys. Their staff is amazing too. Very on top of who is on site when I’m not home.

I’ve been using CPC Pools since 2013 and I’ve never had a reason to look elsewhere. They’re fast, reliable, and really easy to communicate with. Every time I call, someone answers. That kind of consistency matters to me as someone who prefers phone over email.

What I really appreciate is that Matthew, the owner, personally checks in on the bigger projects. It’s rare to see that level of involvement, and it makes a difference. You feel like they actually care. And they do. Matthew is incredibly knowledgeable and has given me a wealth of advice over the years when it comes to maintenance especially after we remodeled.

Their pricing is super straightforward—they sent me their pricing guide right away so I knew exactly what to expect. Very transparent company.

They’ve made my life a lot easier over the years. I genuinely trust them and wouldn’t go with anyone else.
