They Were very courteous and helpful the street was closed the tech dragged his equipment 2 blocks if it was a different person they would have probably said would have to come back , but it seems they go above and beyond. while he was performing the service he inspected the surrounding pipe was beginning to rot and didn't try to sell me the on anything other than the matter at hand. FIVE STARS +++

This is a really great, reliable company! They always do excellent work for a fair price and are friendly and professional. When I call them, I also feel secure that the work will be done really well. I would reccomend them 100 times if I could.

The plumber was very friendly and thorough in the camera inspection. He showed me what he was seeing in the sewer line, and any areas that may be of concern. He also helped me to identify and troubleshoot what may be the cause of the water intrusion into the basement, if there is no problem with the sewer line. If you need to have a camera inspection of your sewer line, I would highly recommend them.

I have interacted with a number of plumbers and none were as efficient and thorough as Harris. He came to clean my sewer and performed a camera inspection. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He wore his uniform well, his equipment was clean and he cleaned up the area after the job was done. These guys were great. They cleared an obstruction in my drain and did a camera inspection. Not only were they literally half the price of any other company in the area, but they also had a very high tech camera with great resolution so you can really see what the issue is. This is the only company I will use going forward A++

I don’t write reviews, but I cannot say enough about this company. Harris responded to my call immediately and managed to service my home within an hour. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. Even more importantly he was honest. He could have charged me much more for the service he provided which was a video inspection of the main sewer pipe, and went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He answered all questions and made sure I completely understood what he was doing and why every step of the way. His assessment of the cause of my basement flooding will end up saving me potentially thousands of dollars in the long run. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Harris!!

Had a sewage backup issue that could have been even more of a disaster but our technician Harry came the next morning and fixed it promptly. I get very stressed about finding maintenance people but I can honestly say this was the best and easiest experience I’ve ever had with a maintenance company— from my first phone call to set the appointment, to the technician they sent, both were so helpful and knowledgable, thorough in explaining the issues, honest, patient, and extremely kind. Harris is extremely professional. He knows his work and his trade and he comes into your home with respect and the ability to really make a "dirty" job very pleasant. He is very good at his job! I have personally referred him to friends who have used his services and also rave about him.
He is affordable and extremely thorough in his work. He will also explain the problem to you in a way you understand.
We have a 6 month schedule with him and he is always on time!

This is the most rare and reputable company that I’ve dealt with to date. Harris assisted me in a time (had a flood in the basement during the September rain storms) of dire need! They did not charge an upfront price for the visit (most companies do) but choose to deliver quality and knowledgeable service to me first by allowing me to make the decision on the way forward.

They did an exceptional job and I highly recommend them! I’ve referred them to my family and they can’t wait to use him too!

The scheduled plumber who unclogged the bathtub drain quickly evaluated the problem and went straight to work. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional quickly+efficiently fixing the the slow drainage issue🙌🏽.
