Landscaping reviews in Queens Village, New York

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I’ve been using them for years. Reasonable priced. They installed my system after my home renovation 2 years ago and everything came out great.

They do beautiful landscaping! Have a shrub fence installed at my property.

Never showed up to do an estimate. No call nothing to indicate they weren't coming. Colossal waste of time.

SInghlandscaping worked very professionally , Everytime I called they did a really good job. They come right away whenever I called them.

They came and cut the neighbor lawn, left my yard in a mess with lots of leaves and clippings from the grass/yard. I have to go and clean up after they left. When I called to let them know the person that I spoke with was very rude, etc.. very unprofessional. They didn't even do a good job for a landscaping company.

I used Singh landscaping to work in my house and they were very professional, clean my lawn perfectly, and they did concrete work too so perfectly. I am really happy and satisfied with their service.

They're a disgrace, they lived in the neighborhood and you can't even support them very nasty and sloppy they rush the job like is McDonalds fast food they don't clean up properly. Make sure before they do work for you ...you get it in writing they're good at cutting corners for your money.

👎 Zero stars!! The worst place to invest your money, time or have them touch your property. Trying to get them to take your call after 3 attempts is unexcetable! The owner is an unorganized idiot with a mess of a business. I don’t think his workers have any qualifications and they do more bad than good for the community. Save yourself the loss of money and frustrations.

I've called them 4 times and every time they've said they're going to send someone to my house for an estimate and nobody showed up. I understand being busy but don't tell someone you're going to show up and then never show. Absolutely ridiculous.

My service call for sprinkler repair was handled by Jasmine at the office in a very professional, prompt and tactful way that even though it was a rainy day, Jasmine managed to scheduled the service in such a way that she even beat the bad weather and get the work done in between the rain downpours. And Louis did the repairs and had the system up and running in a very little time.

Based on most of these "positive" reviews, seems like the company caters to/responds quicker to Guyanese natives or male clients. Maybe that's why they didn't show up within the time window they mentioned nor did they return my last 3 calls. Maybe I'll let a guy call next time. Smh.

NO CALL BACKS!!!
I've called twice with no call back on estimate. Followed it with a web submission, no response. Interesting when I called a third time, questioning their business; representative knew I submitted a request, claimed he would call me same day or the following and I got nothing.

The work did what I expected but they came a.day later. They did not contact me.about the delay in an install before mine. They said they did not have the phone number correctly. It would have been nice for a call. I have been a customer for over 15 years

Most excellent service! On time, on-budget, and left the yards spotless when the work was complete. Had a sprinkler repair/installation at my home as well as my parent's home completed the same day. Fair, honest, neat, and polite.

I recommend these guys without reservation.
