I’ve called in many refrigeration company and by far this is the best one, when I first met the owner to fix my commercial fridge I thought he was a little on the high price but what I got in return was worth the price. He soldered back the broken copper pipe and it was working until the next day turns out their was a very small leak when I called him back to fix it he said he would be there in a few and I honestly thought he was going to do what all the other companies do and that’s not show up but he did and he repaired it free of charge. What I seen from this man was integrity and respect and that’s all I can ask for when dealing with people.

He came to fix my refrigerator and was very professional as he was able to detect was wrong and immediately fix it and notice the condenser coils were so dirty. So happy and would highly recommend for anyone who can use his services.

I gave Joseph a call to talk about fixing my dishwasher. At the end of the day he recommended that I buy a new one in contrast to other repair techs who wanted to charge me to show up and fix an old dishwasher that wasn't even woth fixing. Finally an honest guy who is not ripping people off. I'm definitely keeping his number as honestly is in short supply these days.

Solomon Joseph came to my house for the first time. I explained the problem with my refrigerator and freezer. When I told him I had a service contract with Sears he said if he serviced it then it would break the warranty. I really didn’t want to wait a week for Sears to come but I listened to him. He only charged me for the visit. I really appreciated his honesty and would definitely call on him again if needed.

After inspecting our refrigerator, we found Joseph very knowledgeable about the issues with our faulty compressor and he was very patient in addressing all our questions. He was able to determine the problem, and gave us an in-depth report of what happened and what can be done to have it fixed, as well as add in some suggestions on what else we can do. Very professional and very polite, with a fair price!
