I always give an honest and positive criticism on a review, but this time really disappointed on their lack of professionalism.
This company provided a descent work on the Brick fence, until they got paid in full.
Once they got paid, I called them and texted them so many times related to a work that never got started nor completed. They were supposed to come back and finish closing 2 basement window openings around the pit.
I called the company’s son (Greg) numerous times an and texted him, and he did not have the decency nor the professionalism of returning the call. Called his Father (Raju) so many times as well, he did answered the call. Everything time I asked when they were coming to finish up the job, he will give me the lame excuse “tomorrow” or not today because is raining.
This has been more than a month and no show. This also happened to a next door neighbor,he called them numerous times to come back to finish something and never did.The bottom line to this dilema is that, do not take their word nor trust them.
Do not pay them until you are sure that they will finish everything they are supposed to.They want more work, they will definitely NOT get it from Me nor a recommendation.
