We bought a washer dryer set recently with a dryer that requires a gas hook up. We did not know that in New York you need a licensed professional to set up a gas dryer. We checked yelp and located Bailey repair which listed themselves as licensed for dryer hook up. We received a reply within the hour and had set up a time to meet the very next day. Mr. Bailey maintained good communication, arrived on time, with mask and respectful of our home. He got right to work and completed the hook up within an hour or so. He was very kind and explained to me all of the ways that we need to maintain our dryer, not only for longevity but for safety since gas dryers can pose a fire risk if not maintained properly. I also asked Mr. Bailey about installing a vent in our bathroom and he assessed the situation and provided us with a price that we thought was extremely reasonable. For any of our needs in the service areas Mr. Bailey provides, we absolutely will be reaching out to him for his assistance. A++++!

Mike was great, fast, and efficient with installing our gas dryer. He came same day. We had a piece that did not fit the gas connector but luckily he had one for us to finish the job.

Mike was very professional. He connected the gas line to our new stove. We were surprised that he called the next day to check on us but that was AMAZING customer experience.

Had a bad washer/dryer delivery guy who did not perform the installation as he should. Called Mike in a panic because no one in NYC has room for two sets of washer dryer just sitting around. He came out the next day and was very friendly. He uninstalled and installed my washer dryer in no time.

He made time to come the next day to do the diagnostic, found what the problem was quickly and communicated very clearly how he could fix it. Because he had to buy a part for the machine, he had to come back the next day to complete the repair, but he did so in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Bailey Appliance Repair - Mr. Bailey was trustworthy, transparent and went above and beyond - re-setting some bolts on the machine that had fallen off over time with use when he didn’t have to, because I never would have known! I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know.

I called Bailey to fix my washer and they were able to send a technician a whole 3 weeks before any other repair service said they would be able to send someone. They were flexible to schedule with, the technician was on time, and had the washer fixed within 45 minutes, and only charged $10 over the service charge. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Bailey was great! Was able to come quickly and fix the problem for a reasonable price. When I told him I may have another issue he with my dishwasher installation he helped out with that also. He made it a breeze I would definitely refer him and use him again ;)

I highly recommend this company for any repair or installation. The gentleman who came to my home couldn’t of been more helpful with the problems that I thought could not be solved. I had a washer dryer combo by LG that needed to be leveled in a very tight space. I had called LG and several other people this gentleman came the next day and while he was there I asked him to take on another task what she gladly did both beyond what I thought could happen at a price that I was very satisfied with. For me he was truly an angel and solve my problem quickly and professionally and never made it seem like it was difficult.

Mike was extremally helpful and very professional. I had to service a Samsung stove and he came to repair it almost immediately. I'd highly recommend and if I have to have any other appliance repaired - I'm going with Bailey's again!

Mike and Kelly is an amazing team. They showed up on to time, recognized the issue and went beyond to fix it. I needed a dishwasher clips and mike spent almost two hours and found the clips and attached to the dishwasher for its smooth lock in operation. They made my day and one thing off my head. I would definitely recommend hiring Baileys for their appliances installation and repair. Bravo!

Addendum: dryer stopped blowing hot air again about three or four weeks later. Mike made good on his guarantee and came back out to fix at no additional cost. This is a 14 year old dryer he guaranteed work on, by the way...impressed!

If you need dishwasher or any appliances fixed contact this company. The greatest experience I’ve received by far. I had several company came to fix the problem dishwasher and they weren’t able to complete the job, but Mr. Bailey came the following day and fixed the problem. He was quick and his professionalism was outstanding. If I have anymore issues with any of my household appliances he will definitely be getting a call from me.
