Over the winter, my apartment flooded. I was on vacation and did not discover the foot of water that had settled in my apartment for over a week until I returned. My area rug was unrecognizable. I called Fantastic Carpet Cleaning, and they showed up and removed my area rug within hours. They repaired my area rug within a week and restored it to the rug I purchased ten years ago.

Not only are they fast, professional, and efficient, but they are reasonably priced. I thought the work would cost an arm and a leg, but they restored my area rug for a fraction (1/4) of the price the competition quoted me.

They couldn’t deliver on quoted time and charged extra for credit card.

I run an Airbnb business. I wanted my guests to arrive with clean rugs so I contacted this place. They quoted me 10-14 days which was exactly what I wanted cause my guests arrived on the 15th day. The deadline got extended cause they told me they couldn’t deliver on time. If you’re running any kind of business, then Fantastic Carpet is not for you since they can’t deliver on time. My guests had to arrive without a clean carpet.

Secondly, they charged extra if you use a credit card. This is the only company (aside from government offices) that I personally do business with that charges extra for using credit card.

I got charged $520 for two rugs. The rugs came back decent. I had higher expectations for $520.

After our basement flooded we needed to hire someone to clean our area rugs. They picked them up on 9/2/21 for "Shampoo, sanitize and deodorize." Fast forward to a month later and the rugs were delivered stinking of mold. They took the rugs back but I struggled to get a hold of anyone there. Finally, out of frustration, I wound up posting this review (except different) with a one star rating, but am now changing it because I received the rugs today and they were very clean and the color was restored. The owner also gave us a discount on our order, which made us happy. Thank you guys for pulling through and making this happen.

The best carpet cleaners around! I had my sheep skin area rug steamed and shampooed, and it came back looking brand new. Super quick and great quality service. Gary was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service! Restored my three old couch by shampooing. The technician came in and didn’t even try and upsell, but gave a professional opinion about the state of couch and offered the shampoo over only steaming. Friendly and fast too!

Fantastic Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning my wool rug! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and they were able to schedule an appointment for me right away! They came to pick up my rug the day after I called.I am very happy with the results!

We have a toddler that likes to spill her milk all over the carpets and our sofas. So we decided we needed to get everything cleaned. I researched the best carpet cleaners in our area and Fantastic Carpet Cleaning kept popping up. Their reviews were all great. There were a few stains i wanted to be sure came out. He went over again patiently when i noticed there was still a slight stain. The cleaner took his time. Took him about 2 hours. The carpet cleaner we had his name was Rechep. Very thorough went over a few times and removed all my stains. They also cleaned our hallway stairs and landing for free. We recommend these guys!

I found this company on google and they had good reviews. So I decided to try them out and prayed for the best. I had two area rugs one of them was Snow White and had very little foot traffic.when the technicians came they were informative and detailed on what to expect. When I got the rugs back I was amazed by the results, they looked like new. Glad I found you guys. The reason for the 4 stares is when I submitted a quote on your website I got no reply. I will definitely use Fantastic Carpet again but I wii call for a quote and scheduling.

They were professional, honest and courteous. I had my love seat and mattress cleaned. It was good.

I wanted the stains removed from the mattress but the price would be twice as expensive. The worker informed me that there is a 75% percent of the stains would be removed. I appreciated his honesty.

I had never had a rug cleaned professionally before and I was so happy with the service at Fantastic Carpet Cleaning (September '23). I had a less than desirable subletter for the summer and a nearly brand new rug that I wasn't sure there was hope for. Complete scam. Paid $100 to get my small rug cleaned and it came back with more lint and stuff on it than I had originally sent it away with. Had to call back after over a week after pickup to find out if it was done or not. Scheduled a drop-off and they missed the window and we had to reschedule it. All of that for nothing. I requested a refund and sent photos to the manager but have gotten no response after weeks. Do not use their services.

Horrible customer service, gave me the run around for days then no response until I reached out, I even offered to drop off what I needed cleaned & they still made an excuse not do it. Please state the correct information an alternative solution was provided by stating a technician "probably" would be available around 6pm, said I would be updated, then sent another text stating "I am sorry but all of my teams are in schedule", that's when I was already fed up with the run-around & said "No worries, I found someone else. Thank you." I can even post the exact text online if you like...

Arrived right in time. They was willing to work with me on pricing, which was a plus! Work exactly the time given. Quick and clean. I have a large sectional. Would 100% recommend them to any one who wants to get their couch clean.
