At first I thought Tandoi was amazing. Gary was very attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately I was ghosted after the initial meeting. My son’s driveway is stoned, but the promises of a quote for foundation repair work prior to paving was never provided. Tried following up 6 or 7 times with no response. I’m sure the final product will eventually turn out fine, but the promises with no follow up has me questioning their customer service. I will post a follow up review with the outcome.

The team at Tandoi paving did an exceptional job from start to finish on a residential paving job for me. From from begining to end they were great with communication and timing. Kaylin and Gary Cutaia went above and beyond my expectations and delivered a quality product for a super fair price. I decided to go with them because their pricing came in below their competitors that I got quotes from and the professionalism was unmatched from other paving companies I've dealt with. Would highly recommend them to any friends, family or future customers!

I had 4 estimates from different companies, and after getting the run around from all of them I decided to give up. I was driving down Culver Rd. and saw a Tandoi sign on a lawn and decided to try one more company. Gary showed up to give me an estimate and I could not believe that FINALLY someone was not double talking me. He was straight forward and told me exactly what he was going to do and gave me a final price, with NO hidden costs. He immediately sold me on the job. He answered all my questions and made me feel I was making the right decision. From the crew that came for the tear out to the crew that completed my driveway today everyone was professional and did a great job. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated Gary and his honest and friendly personality. I have already referred him to others and will continue to do so.

Tandoi did a beautiful job on our driveway! The entire staff was friendly and worked very hard to make sure the driveway turned out perfect! Highly recommend .

My neighbor and I share a driveway and in the Spring of 2023 my husband researched and interviewed several companies to replace our driveway. The Tandoi salesman was great and offered the best product so we decided to go with them...but for the past year and a half we have come to find out that we chose the wrong company.
Tandoi removed our old driveway and before a new driveway could be started, we had our sidewalk replaced by the town and then Tandoi continued their work. Unfortunately, Tandoi completely cracked the new sidewalk, so the town had to return to replace the sidewalk before the project could continue. We did not mind the delay and we did not think this was a big deal because the town kindly and quickly replaced the sidewalk but we were sadly mistaken because this was only the first of many issues we had with Tandoi.
Firstly, they incorrectly pitched the driveway which caused water to run into my neighbor's basement every time it rained (see photo). It took over 6 months of calls from both my neighbor and my husband before Tandoi repaired the pitch.
Secondly, because of this issue, Tandoi offered to put the sealant on the driveway for free but when they sealed the driveway they got sealant on my neighbors new siding and new fence (see photos).
Thirdly, when they corrected the pitch issue they created a new problem. Every time it rains we have a pond in the middle of the driveway, the water does not flow down the driveway as it should (see photo).
During the sealant process, a representative from Tandoi told us this pond issue definitely needed to be corrected. But after repeated calls, as of today 11/9/24, we still have a pond in our driveway every time it rains
Lastly, our new driveway is only a year old and we already have a crack which is totally separate from the pond issue (see photo).
My neighbor, my husband and I are not only totally dissatisfied with Tandoi's quality of work but also with Tandoi's customer service.

Phenomenal. When we needed an entirely new driveway there really wasn’t any deliberating necessary. I knew based on reputation to call Tandoi because they’re the best, both in terms of cost and quality. So our expectations were high from the start. And still, they more than exceeded them. Everyone I dealt with was not only professional and knowledgeable, but super friendly. I mostly dealt with Gary Cutaia, and after just a few minutes chatting with him it seemed like I’d known him for 25 years, haha. Awesome company, awesome people, and it’s obvious why they’ve been successful for so long. Easiest decision you’ll make for anyone in the area who needs work done.

Tandoi did a great job! Gary was always very honest and pleasant every time we spoke. All the guys that came to the site, I think I met Willy, were professional and diligent. There was a guy wearing a straw fedora hat, he was so nice. They all were! I don't think I would go anywhere else. Thank you all.

Wow! Can’t say enough of the fantastic job that was done. I have a large driveway that needed to be replaced, and it looks beautiful. The crew were very efficient and clean. From start to finish with no mess left over. The boss is very hands on working with his guys. Very friendly and down to earth. Worth every penny. Great job.
