Just completed a new walk from the front door to the garage. Part of the job was tearing up a 100 year old brick walk that, unfortunately, had seen better days.

It was a beautiful job. Trevor was extremely professional, his crew were amazing. The work turned out (red brick colored concrete, with a stamped pattern) amazing.

We were very happy with our install except a few of the brushed marked were mis matched, I was told it can’t be perfect. Which I was well aware but would expect a little more craftsmanship. The stain from the stamped darker border also seeped into the brushed concrete, I was told this wasn’t possible. There were also many imperfections after a few months. It seemed like the concrete was not holding up. I sent an email with pictures and my concerns and waited for a response. Finally, I was told my email was in their junk folder and that they didn’t address any of my concerns except telling me some of them weren’t possible (meaning they didn’t take time to reference the photos.) They did not respond to anything after that. Come to find out they never sealed our patio. We had to pay another company to come in to power wash stains from dirt and trees and to seal it. Most recently, I tried to contact them again about a crack in a less than a year old patio and haven’t heard back. This company lacks in communication and customer service skills and professionalism. Whoever is in charge of this aspect of the business needs to do a better job. I would have at least appreciated the time to listen to my concerns instead of dismissing them right away, since this patio was a big investment.

The second time I've used this company.. Needed a new garage floor. The quote was perfect, the work was excellent. I've never been able to really use my garage before because the floor was so bad. This new floor is exactly what I wanted.

We hired T. Dylan Osman in 2016 to do paver patio. Right off the bat, we noticed major issues with the patio – water pooling everywhere, and everything was uneven. I called and emailed him several times. He finally responded saying that he will show up to fix it, but he never showed up, and completely ghosted me after that. Fast forward to 2023, we started looking for someone to fix our patio and got a quote from Dylan from Rochester Patio and Landscape. Exactly the same name and signature in emails from 2016. After realizing it is the same Dylan, we brought up our concern to him. He said he is NOT Dylan Osman, or have any contact with Dylan Osman, and that he purchased the company from someone else, and he did not do the work on our patio in 2016. I have never met another business owner so unethical, dishonest, and clueless. I can easily prove that the current owner of Rochester Patio and Landscape is in fact Dylan Osman, so lying about this is so immature.

Trevor (Dylan) the owner of Rochester Patio and Landscape is very professional and personable. He does amazing work for a great price. I love my new walkway and he is coming back next year to build a retaining wall and fireplace. I am sure Dylan will not fail to impress me once again!

I called 12 companies to try to get a quote for a project and this was only one of two that actually came through. Once they gave the quote, their booking date was only about a month or so out. They were on time, cleaned up, and were above everything else professional. Thank you for your professionalism and high quality work. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for another masonry project.

I've met Dylan and several other contractors before deciding to book the job with him. I told him my situation and wanted the patio in before the holidays, given a nice break in the weather, he was able to put his current job on hold for me and get it done asap. Ill definitely go back to him in the future for more work as well as other handyman work for my rental properties!

Rochester Patio and Landscape was great to us! They showed up on time and finished our patio in two days. All the guys were friendly, respectful and very hard working. They were also flexible, we changed our patio layout at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. Our patio came out beautiful! Highly recommend this company.

This company lacks communication and customer service skills. I hired Rochester Patio and Landscape to install a patio in my yard. Once the install was scheduled, I sent an email with several questions that I never hear back about. They came on the day of the install and said they would be back the next day to complete the project, however, they did not come the following day. I called Dylan and he said they would be back tomorrow (the third day) to complete the job. When I got home after the job was completed, there were shrubs and pieces of concrete left behind that they said they would take, dirt piles that they said they would rake, a moved A/C unit that they did not say they would need to move, and a damaged fence. When I called Dylan to ask him to come complete these items, he became angry and tried to threaten me with the legal system. When I said I was not afraid to go to court if necessary, he said he would just schedule the removal of the patio for the following week, even though their invoice states you have 30 days to provide payment and I told him explicitly I would happily pay him once his work was complete. After an extremely frustrating few days and back-and-forth with a belligerent and irrational man, he came to complete his work. The patio is very nice. The experience was extremely disappointing.

I used this business for a concrete job in a recently purchased home. The back patio was completely concrete and looked like it would fall down at any moment.

I called this company to get a quote and they came out and explained the process to make the foundation stable again. They answered all my questions and even came and did the estimate after hours (I work a very demanding job so it’s tough to get time with me during the normal business hours)

Dylan and his team was not only professional but they did an AMAZING job. I now LOVE walking out onto my back patio to go and look at my garden. I can’t express enough how much I loved working with the company

I recently hired Dylan and his team to construct a sidewalk and pool surround. This was the second time I hired them. Their work was great and the patios came out very nice. They were very neat and efficient. They kept a very clean and neat job site. I even watched them go out of their way to clean up some trash that I think blew into the yard from the neighbor. The stamp on the patios came out great and the slab is thicker than what I anticipated. As mentioned I have hired them twice and would hire them again for future needs.

Really solid price on our garage floor. It was a professional crew and Mr Osman did a great job being punctual, communicative and very importantly, kind to the family, including young children and animals. Will happily hire them in the future or recommend them to friends

I hired Dylan to do a patio for us, and it was a complete disaster. Not only was he unprofessional, but he also managed to destroy our new planters and pavers by stepping all over them. To make matters worse, he left a water hose strewn around the front yard without bothering to put it back. The job site was left in a messy state, and he didn't even bother cleaning up the area.

The real disappointment came when the patio sealer he applied didn't adhere properly. Despite promising to fix it this season, he completely ghosted us. Ignoring calls and texts, he showed a complete lack of accountability and responsibility. He had the audacity to mention that he didn't want to go above and beyond, despite the fact that all we needed was for him to do the service we had paid for.

While his prices may be around 10% lower than his competitors, the quality of his work is a stark reminder that you get what you pay for. I strongly advise against hiring Dylan for any job, as his lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship, and failure to honor his promises make him a regrettable choice. The lower price is not worth the headache and disappointment that comes with his subpar work.

Dylan and his team did an excellent job on our patio. They worked hard in the heat and worked together as a team to get it done. Couldn’t be happier.

Patio is beautiful...a vast improvement over the weed and ant ridden pavers. The job was completed efficiently and on time. Dylan made suggestions that addressed the concerns that I had especially about working around the outdoor air conditioner. Cleanup could have been improved but over all I am very happy with this home improvement. Thank you to all the workers.
