Nichol's was fantastic to work with. It was between Nichol's and another GC, but after the initial site walkthrough where the construction was to occur, it was clear that we were going to choose Nichol's. Every aspect of this project was seamless; from initial site walkthrough, design, permitting, construction, all the way through receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. Our technology is a First of a Kind technology, so there were so many unknowns along the way that have not been experienced before, however together we were able to work through each one with their guidance. Even after the original scope of work was completed, Nichol's stuck with us to troubleshoot unforeseen issue during our startup period. This project had a very strict timeline and was high risk for our company. Nichol's understood that and went as far as to work multiple potential scopes of work in parallel to mitigate risks and keep us on schedule. Project management was amazing. The project manager always picked up the phone, was on-site every day, and helped us work through problems with suggested solutions. We ultimately finished the project weeks ahead of schedule. I highly recommend.

Outstanding work performed by the Nichols construction team. Had them come in and excavate out a 55' x 55' pad of concrete in a manufacturing plant then repour it to the depth I needed. I was impressed with the communication from start to finish. Job site was clean and organized at the end of each shift. This group went above and beyond to to meet our satisfaction and needs. The Nichols Team and my organization, Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts, partnered together to do a large scale multi-phase construction project. We chose to do a design-build method and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are true professionals. The quality of work performed was second to none. As a school, timing with projects like these is imperative, and they hit every deadline in each of the phases. I would highly recommend Nichols Construction Team!

The Nichols Group completed our state of the art facility in 2020.
The entire project stayed on or before schedule even with complications (Pandemic), supplies were properly sourced and installed with great attention to detail, and regular and complete updates were shared. We have occupied the building for over 2 years and we are extremely happy with the quality of their work.

Hyman Hayes Associates thoroughly enjoyed working with the Nichols Construction Team on the Cornerstone Ambulatory Surgery Center, Rochester, NY. They completed the project on schedule with few change orders, provided excellent documentation, and exhibited quality workmanship.
