Nichol's was fantastic to work with. It was between Nichol's and another GC, but after the initial site walkthrough where the construction was to occur, it was clear that we were going to choose Nichol's. Every aspect of this project was seamless; from initial site walkthrough, design, permitting, construction, all the way through receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. Our technology is a First of a Kind technology, so there were so many unknowns along the way that have not been experienced before, however together we were able to work through each one with their guidance. Even after the original scope of work was completed, Nichol's stuck with us to troubleshoot unforeseen issue during our startup period. This project had a very strict timeline and was high risk for our company. Nichol's understood that and went as far as to work multiple potential scopes of work in parallel to mitigate risks and keep us on schedule. Project management was amazing. The project manager always picked up the phone, was on-site every day, and helped us work through problems with suggested solutions. We ultimately finished the project weeks ahead of schedule. I highly recommend.
