First off, let me say these guys are the best. They did an ABSOLUTELY phenomenal job we are beyond satisfied with. They were extremely professional, everyone from Eugene to his staff has a thorough eye for detail and they work very quick. We had to completely renovate our retail space within a month and they completely crushed it. If there was only delay in the build out, the bottleneck was our end.

Eugene is always usually available and can solve any problem that arises. On top of the that, their pricing is extremely competitive. We had 4 contractors come before him and bid on the job. All of them were way overpriced. He came in knowing the possibility of overcharging us and did not.

I highly recommend Arsenal and do so to this day. There isn't that this company can do.

Amazing contracting experience. These guys are pros. They helped us through the design process and decision making. We went for a facelift option to avoid extended downtime as we have little kids and jobs and they were excellent with working with the existing cabinetry and made it look amazing. Will 100% give them a call for our next projects as they made everything simple and straightforward. Very happy.

Arsenal Construction exceeded our expectations! Eugene was easy to work with to plan our project and figure out redesign. Johnny, Yuri, and the crew were absolutely fabulous. The attention to detail, the consideration, and care they showed for our kitchen remodel was more than I could imagine. They were reliable, consistent, and courteous everyday. They were always willing to help me talk through a decision and offer their insight. And even when I made the mistake of getting the wrong the paint, they offered to repaint it and make it the right way. They take pride in their work and pay attention to small details that make a difference. Very professional and Eugene never pressured us in anyway, the cost was reasonable and our kitchen turned out way better than I could imagine. I wish I had endless funds for multiple house projects because I’d hire them every time. For years I’ve asked around looking for a recommendation to a contractor to start this project, I’m glad to now know Arsenal Construction.

We are so pleased with how our full kitchen remodel turned out! Eugene was very helpful during the planning process and coordinated the necessary work to be done beforehand to ensure what we had in mind was feasible. Johnny, Yuri and the team were very professional. They always made sure our space was clean at the end of the workday and even with many questions along the way and changes in real time, the provided helpful explanations and always found a solution. Our project was a challenging one that required the team to be agile and we are so appreciate of their patience and can do attitude! Thank you Arsenal team!!

So they did work on a friend of mines house always late, kids running around, their clothes were all wet and damage and her furniture that was in the house was damage too, very very slow in doing the work, very unprofessional and really bad work. They said there going to be done by a specific date and that is a lie. I will never recommend them to no one! Do not waste your time or money.

Complete tear off roof. Elijah and his father and some crew members did my parents roof. They were late every day. Didn't start till after 10am. Elijah had his children and their mother come by often. They took the roof off and didn't cover it. It rained and completely damaged the inside of the house. After this, his sister who is a lawyer (Danielle Ponder) often made appearances as if to intimidate so we wouldn't sue which shows her character. It took them about a month or so to put a roof on and incorrectly. I gave one star because it started off great and we had high hopes. It ended in us losing thoughsands of dollars. I would not ever recommend Ponders Contracting as our experience with them was horrible. Waste of time and MONEY!

Element did a AMAZING job transforming our basement into the the place everyone wants to hang out. Highly recommend!

Tony and Aaron are professional and enjoyable to have in the house. They are skilled in all areas, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, carpentry. They were great at making sure our project was beautiful as well as functional, making suggestions and making sure we were getting what we wanted. We highly recommend Element of Pride.

The best thing I can say about Element of Pride is that Tony has to be extremely proud of the work that his team does. Tony assisted with the design of my kitchen and Jay worked it from demo to completion with respect to the electricals, plumbing, painting, tiling and carpentry. It is gorgeous. Jay is a magician. There wasn't anything that needed to be done that he couldn't do. Small changes to what was proposed was never a problem. Tony was around on a regular basis to ensure things were going as expected and according to plan and schedule. Everyone involved was serious and intent on doing quality work. This was money well spent and these gentlemen will definitely be called upon for my upcoming projects.

The Element of Pride Team is one of the best construction companies out there. They brought in a highly skilled team and got the work done right! They show pride in their work through attention to details and understand the importance of customer service. There were no breaks in service. They came to work everyday on time!
