We got a quote for a roof and this process flawlessly started with Kevin the sales rep. Everything from start to finish has been outstanding. Kevin listened to us and worked with us, the roofing team led by Josh arrived and in 3 days the old roof was gone and the new one installed. All extremely friendly and professional...and oh my the clean up I am still in awe of the way they were careful with the plant and the whole clean up nothing was out of place. Organized and barely any nails found. If anyone ever had a roof done (I did previously from a different company) they know how hard that is to do. Have and will continue to recommend ACE to friends and family and anyone who will listen to us :) (we also had siding done on a previous house so we knew we were picking the A team for our roof).

We hired American Custom to do a minor bathroom remodel because our previous experience with them was nothing but positive. We had a few hurdles to get over, covid being one of them, but we patiently waited because we trust their commitment to their customers, and the quality of their work.Steve worked with us from the start and responded right away with any questions or concerns we had. Julie in the office was equally as attentive to our questions, and so pleasant to talk to! Juan and Brian were the team who did the work. The job was estimated to take 3-4 days, and they had it finished in 1 1/2 days! They worked hard and steady, never skimping on the workmanship.The finished product looks great!

Projects: Install New Exterior Doors and Whole House Siding

American Custom Exteriors did a wonderful job and we are very glad we found this company (via recommendation from a colleague). The craftsmanship is amazing. It is a joy to walk through the new doors and to see the finished product every day. Marc Tantalo met with us several times to plan the project. His skill in design and patience with our questions helped steer us in all the right directions. He paid close attention to every detail and was honest and professional from start to finish. The materials ordered are of the highest quality. The office staff was always attentive and pleasant to call (and meet in person). The crews that completed the projects were outstanding. Their level of commitment and pride in their work was evident. I agree with other reviews on Google, you get what you pay for. We are so thrilled with the process of working with American Custom. We will not hesitate to hire them for any future projects and highly recommend them to friends and family. It has also been very satisfying to receive so many complements from our neighbors.
