The service from start to finish was exceptional. Before the appointment, I spoke with a representative who was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

This high level of service continued with our technician, Dustin D., who diagnosed and resolved our issue. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and solution. It was a pleasure working with him, and we would use this company again based on his outstanding service alone.

Nate, the technician who came from Nichols to service my dryer outlet, was truly outstanding. He was professional, polite, and respectful throughout the entire visit. Before starting any work, he patiently went over all the options with me, ensuring I understood the scope and cost. We wanted to add two new reviews for both Ben & Luke.

Ben came to install a ring doorbell and other camera and lights on the exterior of our house. Ben was very prompt and knowledgeable about the products he was installing. He even offered to bring us coffee prior to his arrival! Like Dustin, Ben was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The installation was excellent and we are happy with our new equipment and outdoor lighting.

Since we've had so much luck with some of the electric work we've had done, we decided to try out the plumbing side of the business. With the holidays so close we weren't sure whether or not we'd be able to have the work completed, but within a day of calling about a toilet leak we were having, Nichols was able to schedule us for the following day. Luke, who again was very timely, friendly, and knowledgeable about the job, was able to fix the leak from both the toilet and the drip from the bathroom sink. He discovered that there was also a leak from a pipe behind the vanity and was able to replace the leaking pipe as well. Luke did a great job with a quick fix and even vacuumed up the mess before leaving. He was able to answer all of our questions and left us feeling confident that we would not have to worry about any more leaks especially over the holidays! We are very happy with the services we have received thus far and will definitely be in touch for future jobs we might need for both our electric and plumbing.
