Alex got me on his schedule faster than Jimmy Johns makes sandwiches and that’s saying a lot! Him and his team did an amazing and thorough job and event sent me photos of their work. Price was great and will absolutely call them again!

A+++ Never met a nicer pair of guys. They went beyond what i think other places would do and they gave me an awesome deal. My carpets looked brand new after and i swear i stopped sniffling and snoring as much... at least that's what my husband says. I wouldn't recommend ANY other company for professional cleaning. Thank you guys!!!

I Did some research online and decided to go with BriteStar. I'm very glad I did. They scheduled me for the next day, arrived ten minutes early and did a remarkable job on our carpets. The best aspect was that the price I was quoted was the price i received. They did a fantastic job, worked hard the whole time and were very polite and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend and will be calling them for service in the future.

Where do I start..... this company destroyed a customer of my company’s
Moldings and doors with negligence.

They damaged my own furniture in my home and left a residue all over it that smelled like stale cheese then blamed my wife.

The final straw was seeing that they posted a bad review on Christian flooring a company I own and one they have never been a customer of.

I thought about not posting this but after reading their consistent negative reviewing, dozens of them, I felt it time to speak up. I do not know the owners or management Of this company personally but felt that using my real name to leave this message was a nice way of posting in an accountable and honest manner.

Did any of you get a flooded basement due to the rain on Saturday/Sunday? I did...about a half-inch of water throughout three rooms, two of which were finished. I called ServPro and Carpet Doctor. ServPro was busy attending to other "covered loss" water intrusions and promised to get back to me in a couple of days. When I reminded the rep that this was a finished basement, she promised to call me first thing next morning.

Then i called Carpet Doctor and spoke to Adam. While we were removing the padding on the salvageable carpet, Adam's right arm, Matt, showed up within 30 minutes and Adam joined him within an hour, with dehumidifiers and serious air movers. They started on water extraction of the carpet, disinfecting the surfaces and placing multiple air movers

At the end of the second day, ServPro called and left a message to call them back so they could set up an inspection. Over the next 48 hours, Adam made several trips back to move furniture and air movers, moisture test floors, carpets and walls. Long story short, Carpet Doctor responded within 30 minutes, inspected, tested, disinfected, extracted, dried, and otherwise handled everything extremely timely and professionally, and then made recommendations for vendors to handle flooring, and advice about sump pumps and preventive measures going forward -- all for about a third of what other companies were estimating.

Don't get me wrong - other than the timeliness, and the cost, ServPro does a great service, especially if insurance is covering it, but Adam and his team at Carpet Doctor provided 5-star service, immediately, with fantastic value, and I wouldn't hesitate to make them my first call if something like this happens again. I heartily recommend!

Spoke with Adam and he answered all our questions & scheduled appt. Lamar came to the house & did a wonderful job. Very nice & professional. Our carpet looks great & will recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend this company! They cleaned 3 carpets for me and did a super job, in a very timely manner. They were polite and considerate . If Lamar is available, ask for him ... he has personality for days! Thanks so much.
