These guys were amazing! Sean, Brad, Cameron, and Nick were all a blast to have installing our new system. They made installation painless and hassle free, even when a storm rolled in. We absolutely love the new heating/cooling units and can't wait to get into our basement to start work down there. They even put up drywall for our unfinished basement and tucked everything away nice and neat. We'll definitely be using them again when we get the rest of the house finished!

Excellent Service. Our current furnace suddenly decided it was time to retire one Sunday evening this winter while we were away on vacation. At noon the very next day Mike Bessette came to evaluate our situation and emailed us with two new furnace options, taking the time to discuss the implications of each. After we selected one, the Airquip uninstallation team swung into action the next morning, also providing us with two electric space heaters to supplement our existing units. On Wednesday and Thursday the installation team took over and installed our new Navien boiler system. They followed-up with us after we returned from vacation performing a final system check, clean-up, owner orientation and an explanation of service plans.

Mike Bessette, Mike T, Justice and Craig were very friendly and professional at all times. They were most reassuring and helpful in our stressful situation of not being at home at that time. Our dog sitter was quite impressed at their concern with making our house comfortable while working around our boisterous puppies.

The final installation is quite impressive; all the components are arranged for easy access for servicing and future repair. The Navien unit is whisper quiet during operation and certainly provides rapid and even heating throughout all our zones.

During their follow-up visit, Mike T and Craig took the time to patiently walk me thorough all the components and their functions, providing clear and concise explanations to my questions.

We are quite pleased with the entire process and certainly recommend them to anyone requiring heating or cooling services.

Thank you to technician Leslie who diagnosed an issue we had with our heat pump. He took the time to find out what was wrong and fixed the problem, and now it’s back to normal. Very helpful.

We have used Airquip for our regular maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner for the past few years and this year we had to replace our furnace and had a great experience. From the first technician (Junior) who came out and tested every single scenario that could have been causing our issues to be absolutely sure of what the problem was. Kevin from sales was a pleasure to work with and made the process as easy as possible. The crew that installed the new furnace (Pete, John and Travis) did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Mike, Dave & Justice did an amazing job first putting in our humidifier…then caught that our hot water tank was failing and installed the new one that same day all while staying late! So appreciate them!

We recently had Airquip replace our 30 year old air conditioner with a new Trane system. The entire process from quote to installation was very positive. Michael our rep provided us a very competitive quote without trying to upsell us into equipment we don’t need. We only need AC for 3 months in WNY! Our installers Nick and Chris arrived at the time promised and presented themselves very professionally. After installation Nick walked us through how to best use our new system and both were happy to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Airquip to our friends and family for their HVAC needs.

We had a new Trane furnace and Air Conditioner installed by Jonathan, Peter and Donavan. They ran into some issues which they worked diligently to resolve and ensure that we had the air conditioning working before they left. Both Jonathan and Peter had to stay until nearly 7 PM. They were all great to work with and kept us informed on all they were doing to get us up and running, very professional! Thank you for your quality work team.

Sean, Nick and Jeff did an excellent job installing my new furnace and A/C. They were professional, explained and trained me on all the new equipment, were neat and left no mess. I would highly recommend AirQuip for anyone in need of new HVAC equipment or service.

A tech came out to the house today. I believe his name was Julian B. I was not home, but my son was there, yet when I spoke to the tech over the phone, he had the sweetest disposition about him. I chose Airquip because of the reviews, but I remember one reviewer stating that they had another company come out to her house, and they tried to charge ridiculous amounts for a small issue. And when she called Airquip, they came out and solved the issue without trying to get her to buy a new system. I liked that. I did some research on other places, sure, and their consultation fee was cheaper.. sure.. but there was something about her review that made me call Airquip and schedule immediately. Low and behold, Julian saved the day, and he fixed the issue without having to pay too much. With today's economy, people can't afford a 10k system, we are just trying to get by with what we have. I'm so grateful that I chose this company. You should too. You won't be disappointed, especially if you get a friendly and courteous tech like we did. Thank you again!!

Great service from start to finish! Kevin performed a thorough evaluation for the quote and gave multiple options with different equipment and price points. He worked with us to pick the right system and was happy to discuss and compare choices. This company offers really attractive financing that enabled us to make a right sized investment at the right time.

The install team (Joe, Johnathan, Tyler, and Justice (apologies if I left anyone out - it was a big team so I think I did!)) were super knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. They explained the job to me, answered questions, and communicated throughout. They rolled with the punches on my century house for a multi part replacement/install. They ensured I knew what was completed and was happy with how it all looked and worked before leaving.

Overall, the Airquip team carefully completed a big project in impressive time and all while being a pleasure to have in the house. Though I hope I won’t need to see them for anything other than routine maintenance in the near future, I’d be more than happy to hire them again!

We have recently completed the installation of two new Trane heating and air-conditioning systems. While the installation took slightly longer than initially anticipated, we were highly impressed with the diligent and professional work of installers Brad and Tyler. Their commitment to ensuring a correct installation was evident, and we are confident in the quality of the systems and the workmanship provided. We anticipate a long-term relationship with their support.

Airquip is the best ! Every aspect of our contact with them was excellent. The person who explained our options for replacing our entire heat pump was Michael. He explained all of our options and prices and even took the time to show us that some units would have rebates sand not others. The. Workers who installed the unit were Joe, Pete, and Amin and they worked tirelessly in 93 degree heat for 12 hours !!! We have used Airquip for service for 25 years and are very pleased with their expertise and reliability !!!

I can’t say enough good things about Airquip. I would give Airquip more than 5 stars if the system would allow it. Sean, Jeff, Justin and Justice are all top notch. The 4 of them worked together like a well oiled machine. They were efficient, neat, customer conscientious and most of all did an awesome job with the installation of my furnace, heat pump and ductwork reconfiguration. It is very evident they are extremely knowledgeable about their craft. They tailored the system set-up to my house and did not take a one size fits all approach. From the sales cycle with Kevin all the way through installation, the entire process was flawless. It’s extremely evident they care about their customers. In the future, Airquip will be the only HVAC company I will recommend to family and friends. Thank-you for doing such a great job and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

Nick and Brad did an excellent job on the replacement of my central air conditioning unit.We're polite on time. Put down throw rugs everywhere they walked, Picked up after themselves and went over all the information with me about the unit and my warranty.
Also was pleased to see that my salesman Kevin Deal showed up first thing in the morning to make sure he went over everything with the two installers.
Was very pleased with the whole process. Would definitely recommend them.

Brad, Jonathan and Mike installed a new furnace and heat pump for my home. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and extremely hard working. Our project took two days and they worked endlessly.
They were helpful in explaining everything throughout.

On July 2, 2024 three installation mechanics came to our house from Airquip, heating and air conditioning to install a furnace and air conditioning system. They were Brad, Mike, and Pete who showed up on time him at 8:30 AM. They worked until they finished with a very professional appearance job and everything worked as it should. They also explained the paperwork and the warranty information. I would recommend for more jobs in our area.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job Airquip did on their installation of seven indoor ductless mini-split heat pump units connected to three outdoor condensers in our 1926 home. Michael B, with his many years of experience with these systems in older homes, took care to balance aesthetics with function, efficiency, and cost, and provided us with a reasonable estimate inclusive of all materials and labor. From days one to seven of the job, Brad and Tyler, who fortunately worked together from start to finish, were an unbeatable team. Both labored hard all day every day, barely breaking for lunch and even staying late to finish tasks. They were extremely considerate of the interior--wearing "booties," using tarps, cleaning up--and exterior of the house, always treating it as if it was their own. They asked for our input on several decisions and kept us updated on what they completed, what was next, and their hoped-for time frames. They were obviously skilled in their work and familiar/experienced with our brand of systems, and showed excellent attention to detail in all their work, along with confronting and working through a variety of challenges and complications that inevitably come with projects of this scope in older homes. Nevertheless, they completed the job in exactly the number of days as estimated and did not invoke any additional unanticipated labor charges. Throughout the job, all three gentlemen were professional, courteous, friendly, and communicative. And finally, the end results are simply fabulous -- of course, immeasurably more comfortable throughout the house, with well-designed, "clean" exterior lines and drains, and you wouldn't believe how quiet both the indoor and especially the outdoor units are. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the high-quality installation services Airquip provided. We would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

I had my annual furnace cleaning today, getting ready for the upcoming season. Air Quip has a great find in Junior. He was the best! Not only did he go above and beyond but took the time to show me what he was doing while explaining what I was looking at. When money is placed in an expensive unit in my home, it's fantastic to know that someone cares the same about my investment as I do.

Dillon and Mike did an excellent job! Arrived on time, and were friendly, polite, communicative, and professional. Cleaned up nicely after themselves. Great company to work with!
