These guys were amazing! Sean, Brad, Cameron, and Nick were all a blast to have installing our new system. They made installation painless and hassle free, even when a storm rolled in. We absolutely love the new heating/cooling units and can't wait to get into our basement to start work down there. They even put up drywall for our unfinished basement and tucked everything away nice and neat. We'll definitely be using them again when we get the rest of the house finished!

Excellent Service. Our current furnace suddenly decided it was time to retire one Sunday evening this winter while we were away on vacation. At noon the very next day Mike Bessette came to evaluate our situation and emailed us with two new furnace options, taking the time to discuss the implications of each. After we selected one, the Airquip uninstallation team swung into action the next morning, also providing us with two electric space heaters to supplement our existing units. On Wednesday and Thursday the installation team took over and installed our new Navien boiler system. They followed-up with us after we returned from vacation performing a final system check, clean-up, owner orientation and an explanation of service plans.

Mike Bessette, Mike T, Justice and Craig were very friendly and professional at all times. They were most reassuring and helpful in our stressful situation of not being at home at that time. Our dog sitter was quite impressed at their concern with making our house comfortable while working around our boisterous puppies.

The final installation is quite impressive; all the components are arranged for easy access for servicing and future repair. The Navien unit is whisper quiet during operation and certainly provides rapid and even heating throughout all our zones.

During their follow-up visit, Mike T and Craig took the time to patiently walk me thorough all the components and their functions, providing clear and concise explanations to my questions.

We are quite pleased with the entire process and certainly recommend them to anyone requiring heating or cooling services.

Thank you to technician Leslie who diagnosed an issue we had with our heat pump. He took the time to find out what was wrong and fixed the problem, and now it’s back to normal. Very helpful.
