Great service arrived on time.

Thankfully decided to go with different company for a service call. Was told
Unit installed is way too big for the house and to top it off this company didn’t set up the equipment correctly when installed .. rude when I called to get the service call the front desk person said oh you haven’t cleaned it it’s out of any warranty .. would not recommend ..

I have left two messages because no one answers the phone. I was only asking for information on cleaning

Never showed up or called for an appointment. No return call when I called to check and see if they were still coming.

Instead of telling me they couldn't or didn't want to repair my unit, they told me they were waiting for a part for it. That was 7 months ago. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time with these guys.

My family and I had a heating emergency. I called the office during regular business hours 3xs and no answer, as well as calling the emergency line. There was no answer or a call back. My family has been a loyal customers for years and this is how you treat loyal customers. We ended up calling another company and that company was able to take care of the problem.

They canceled my appointment a hour before they were supposed to come clean my furnace. I called twice to reschedule, left messages and no return call. They came highly recommended but I don't see what people like about them.

I recently moved into a house where the previous owners had used Huether for HVAC service. So when I had a problem with my AC, I gave them a call.

They sent someone out to inspect, and they identified the issue. They said they couldn't fix it that day, but that I could schedule an appointment to get it taken care of. Fine by me.

So I scheduled that appointment. Then the appointment day came and went, and nobody showed up. I called the line several times with no response. Eventually they called back to say that they had gotten busy all of a sudden and couldn't make it. They asked to try again the following day. So I said "sure."

That day came and went, and I am now writing this review after the second unannounced no-show. I have again called the line multiple times and left messages with no response. Very frustrating.
