The worst. Zero stars would be more appropriate. Lawn destroyed by grubs. They said we will spray again for free. Wow. Thanks. Repaired lawn with shovel of topsoil and handful of seed. No growth. No grass. They are at most a chemical company. No lawn samples. Everybody needs the same program. STAY AWAY

Excellent service from a very professional company. Our representative was knowledgeable, polite, and clearly explained everything he did. He was also very clear about what to expect for our lawn

Mr. Mills did an outstanding job today. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Worked delinquent while also training a new employee.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could! I guess I should have known better right away with the high pressure sales calls and relentless follow up calls to get my credit card information but I was looking for a name I knew and recognized to help get rid of weeds in a specific area of our yard where we had a pool put in and new grass planted. They have no problem charging my card every month but getting someone out to take care of the numerous areas that are now dead grass due to “a machinery malfunction and chemical burn” (on the second treatment) has been impossible. I called the issue in in July 1st when i noticed huge areas of yellow dead spots on what used to be green grass. It is now July 24th and still no one has been to my house to rake, soil and reseed these areas. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! The regional manager Chris sounds like he just rolled out of bed when I talk to him on the phone. He was supposed to come do the repairs today but (shocking) has to reschedule. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TruGreen does a wonderful job on my lawn. My technician, Kyle, is very knowledgeable and does a great job each time he comes.

Have used this service for years and my lawn is horrible. Weeds all over. Customer service was ok but since I have asked for someone to look at it no luck. Filled with weeds. Should be reimbursed- they want me to get more services - why?

I have used TruGreen for a few years. I'm hoping the treatment around the perimeter works somewhat better than the past. I have had to call because I still have had weeds in those areas. I'm very satisfied otherwise.

Ruined my lawn by spreading excessive amounts of fertilizer. Manager did not return messages. Customer Service solution was to send technician back out for a second aeration and seeding but just went right over dead lawn. Let the pics speak for themselves. Service is as bad as implementation of product. Be warned.

They ruined my lawn and my neighbors. Both lawns were in great shape until they applied some chemicals and now there are brown spots and dead grass all over. You can see in the picture the strip (left side) that is still green. Entire lawn used to look like that. Would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.

First season using TrueGreen. The good is that my lawn has gotten thicker. However, weeds and crab grass continues on the perimeter and the creeping Charlie hasn’t died back even once with any of the treatments. Not even brown edges to the creeping Charlie.

I don’t think I’d renew my contract simply because the main concern isn’t being combated which is the creeping Charlie.

This location in Rochester is so bad. Do not use them stay away. They tore up my yard when doing aeration I have called multiple times they gave me a free service. That’s when my yard was tore up left holes all over my yard before that it took them five times to actually come to my yard with a walking aeration machine because they were told many times they could not get in my yard with the riding machine because of my gate. No one reads notes over there that are put on your file when you call and talk to people. Everyone has something else to tell you then you have to wait for a manager to call you and hope that they even call you. It is very disappointing to pay hundreds of dollars for service that you expect to be good and it’s not. I actually have a video from my house of one of the Service people kicking an aeration machine while in my backyard to get it to work. Then the service man told my husband that the wheel on the aeration machine was broken, but his boss made him come do the service anyways I reported that to Trugreen and do you think that they even care. NO. My advice would be stay away from this company in this area. I’m sure they may be good in other areas but the local company that comes to your house in this area stay away.!!!!

Fall cleanup and gutters was quick and perfectly done!!!!

I highly recommend this company, they work very efficiently. The difference between the before & after is night & day. An easy 5 stars.

My experience with High Falls Property Care was excellent. Communication was easy and their work was always very well done.

High Falls Property Care did a great job with doing a spring clean up on my yard and power washing the front of the house. Fast, professional and great service.

I got lucky finding this company and will definitely call/use them again. They answer the phone and emails!

I fired the other company and contract to clean my gutters and downspouts because they'd just go up with a leaf blower and wouldn't flush or clear the downspouts, and everything clogged up again quickly. I hired High Falls Property to do the job and I was very pleased at the careful work Brett did, and taking before and after pictures of the gutters to show me was a nice touch.

Called to schedule an estimate. The day they were supposed to come I had to call and ask if they were coming and the lady said they had to reschedule to later in the day. I rearranged my schedule to be here at the later time and again no call and no show. Most companies have been honest by just saying they are too busy. I would have appreciated that vs no response. Not too top notch

Bobby and his crew at Advantage were prompt, efficient and very professional throughout the irrigation system install at our residence. From the initial phone call to the final sprinkler adjustments and cleanup we could not have a smoother experience. We 100% recommend Advantage Irrigation.

Couldn't be happier with Bobby Gill and his team. I had a full front, side and backyard irrigation system installed in June 2023 and I've had the crew back twice a year since for spring startup/backflow test and for the fall/winter seasonal system shutdown.

The responsiveness and professionalism of Bobby is second to none. I've told anyone interested in an irrigation system to call Bobby and leave it at that.

If there were six stars to click, I'd go with six rather than five.
