After a big storm in Fairport, Chris and his crew came to my house on an emergency call to remove a fallen branch that punched a hole my roof right through a bedroom ceiling. In addition to carefully removing the branch and debris, they made quick work of taking down the offending walnut tree. They were quick, efficient and reasonably priced. It would be pleasure to work with them again!

We had a good portion of a large tree fall due to the high winds. I called Chris and he was at my house for an estimate 45 min later. A few hours later, his crew arrived and they had the tree down, the yard cleaned up, the tree chopped and taken away. Chris and his crew were extremely friendly and the pricing was excellent. Chris, and the entire crew, did an outstanding job taking down our approx 100' tree from our front yard. They arrived on time and worked through til the job was done. They have a great sense of comradery and it was fun to watch them having a good time working so hard! Very reasonably priced too. The arborist they sent out was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem right away and treated the tree. Within weeks, I saw improvement. Branch Specialist Webster, NY came to our rescue! They quickly removed the tree and even ground the stump, leaving our yard safer and cleaner than before. Their professionalism turned a nightmare into peace of mind!

Branch specialists did complete to job and for a reasonable amount of money.
they were accommodating to our budget and did a good job on the work. - that's the good.

The not so good?- Branch Specialists rescheduled several times after i insisted I was present on site for the work...leaving me to have them do the work when I was not available to be present at the time. They also are very persistent in calling texting and emailing to the point its annoying until you leave a review.

With that said an overall decent experience but, wish it went a little smoother.

Branch specialists did a fantastic job trimming the branches on the two locust trees in my backyard as well as with trimming down the small tree closer to the back of my home. I gave them 4 stars out of 5 because they did leave some small amount of debris in the back that they did not clean up. My insulation company came afterwards and ended up blowing the debris off of my roof anyway.

Communication with Branch specialist Rochester was smooth and efficient. The crew was friendly, eager to answer any of my queries and approachable. The results of their work are fantastic. They exceeded my expectations, and couldn't be more happy.

The first company I had response and schedule for estimate from the google listing "tree removal service." The estimated value makes sense compared to others and include removing the root without problem. Had to reschedule for the job due to the rain but it was informed early on during the day so very good communication. Then the job was done before the "rescheduled" time because they just take care of it when the weather is good. Felt they are reliable to get the job done. 5/5 stars!

BRANCH SPECIALIST IS A GREAT TREE SERVICE. I HAD A EMERGENCY TREE REMOVAL. LATE FRIDAY THEY CAME RIGHT OUT HAD TREE GONE. CLEANED UP BY EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. THEN DID A PROPERTY OF OURS , SATURDAY AFTERNOON. TOOK DOWN 5 TREES. VERY FAIR WITH PRICES, IVE USE THIS COMPANY 3X NOW NO COMPLAINTS.
