Wonderful customer service, and excellent new old stock. Very happy with my purchase.

They are mostly rude. But they usually have what you need. It’s a shame you need to ask them for help but you otherwise couldn’t find anything in that store. They act as if you’re interrupting them when you request their help

Poor customer service
It looks like kids are working inside there they don’t know anything. It’s old store but doesn’t have present standard. I rather drive to City or Brooklyn to get my stuff.

The customer service at this business is nonexistent, I really do not understand how they are still open. I would rather drive an hour+ and spend triple the price than to give this business a single cent of my money.

Horrible, tried to see if they had coupling in stock, the guy on the phone didnt understand me, then said call back another time, I tried 3 different times and he did not understand.

I went in and asked a question, I got a rude remark and as I left they laughed. The place is dirty as well. Go to Browns Hardware/Mazzone Ace Hardware better. They know good customer service and are clean.

Lee is so sweet and enthusiastic to help. She replaced my car key fob battery today and was a delight. I will stop by again next time I need help - she has a huge store with an extensive variety hardware supplies. Thanks Lee!
