Once again Pappas & Fodera Electricians have come to our rescue!! Yesterday, the day before Easter, trying to set the table for our family gathering, the chandelier above the table falls from the ceiling and is hanging from the wires!! It's already after 5pm, the night before Easter. My husband calls Pappas & Fodera and Frank answers the phone! He is out of town but says he will call someone and get back to us. He calls Jason, who has done work for us before and Jason who is in the middle of his own family obligations comes to our home and fixes our chandelier!! Jason represents this company very well!! There are no words to express our gratitude for their quick response! Thank you Frank & Jason as usual your timely response, professionalism and excellent work is why we keep coming back!! Thank you for saving our Easter family gathering!! God bless!!

Wonderful customer service, and excellent new old stock. Very happy with my purchase.

They are mostly rude. But they usually have what you need. It’s a shame you need to ask them for help but you otherwise couldn’t find anything in that store. They act as if you’re interrupting them when you request their help

Poor customer service
It looks like kids are working inside there they don’t know anything. It’s old store but doesn’t have present standard. I rather drive to City or Brooklyn to get my stuff.

The customer service at this business is nonexistent, I really do not understand how they are still open. I would rather drive an hour+ and spend triple the price than to give this business a single cent of my money.

Horrible, tried to see if they had coupling in stock, the guy on the phone didnt understand me, then said call back another time, I tried 3 different times and he did not understand.

I went in and asked a question, I got a rude remark and as I left they laughed. The place is dirty as well. Go to Browns Hardware/Mazzone Ace Hardware better. They know good customer service and are clean.

Lee is so sweet and enthusiastic to help. She replaced my car key fob battery today and was a delight. I will stop by again next time I need help - she has a huge store with an extensive variety hardware supplies. Thanks Lee!
