Lu was very clear about what went wrong with my dishwasher. He also made sure he adjusted the water heater to higher degree

Serviceman Phillip came early in the morning which was very good for me. He was not very pleasant to interact with and he displayed poor tolerance and a bad temper. Very poor customer service!
