Called them to install a new water line for a refrigerator.
Appointment was for early afternoon. Plumber called said he was running late and ended up coming around 5:00. We sent him an image of the required parts needed for installation from the refrigerator manual so that this would not be an issue on arrival. When he came he said could not move dishwasher out to get at area where new line would need to pass, and would come back next day. Later that evening we noticed that the water line kit he brought was specifically mentioned not to be used for installation. We texted him that and asked that he come with the proper line which was either pex or copper. He replied back something to the fact that they have to make a profit... and that we should get someone else. We did we got the plumber we usually use the next day who easily removed the dishwasher as it was just releasing the drain line and he installed a copper line at a cost of several hundred dollars less. All good now. The one thing I can say positive is that they did not charge the 75.00 visit fee, which considering was the right thing to do.

Very poor customer service. I contacted this company for help with a plumbing issue, but the representative was not willing to listen and ended the call abruptly by hanging up on me. This is unacceptable behavior for any business. If this is how they treat potential customers, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Bad experience. Never followed thru on getting work done
