Plumber came quickly, diagnosed it accurately and charged a reasonable rate. Local business. Had the parts needed on him. Will definitely use them again.

This used to be a good company to deal with. Last summer my regular plumber was out with an injury and I got one of the co-owners, Pete. After working on some leaks under the house (more than I expected). I would have paid him some more money, but he refused to finish the job, telling me that when I had more money in the fall that I could have someone else finish the job.
When I protested, he had the arrogance to suggest that he was doing me a favor by not charging me any more money. So he walked out on the job, winter came and I am still without water. Beware this individual and this company.I also called the office to complain and they said the same things.
One claim made was that there was a bees nest under the house (not true; I have been under there) and he is allergic so he did not dare go under there any more.
He walked out in the middle of the job, costing me $324 that I could not afford to lose. Avoid this company unless you just want to waste money and time. This used to be a good company and I gave them much business over the years but "Pete" is an arrogant, self serving man who is grossly disrespectful to his customers. The same goes for the woman I talked to in the office. Only her being a woman is different.
Shame on Miller plumbing! A man named Greg Miller has always been a good plumber there but I will not touch them again because now I will have to have the entire water system redone to have any water again, no doubt costing me thousands more.

Fast and efficient service. We've had them work on three separate non-emergency items. And, since they are a local company- have been able to do the work within the day of the phone call. They gave me an estimate of what time it would be, and called me when they left the prior job.

They were not able to help with the problem since I live in a mobile home and they don't service mobile homes. BUT, they were able to provide me contact information to 3 companies that do service mobile homes which led me to getting my leaky pipe fixed.

After at least 10 calls to other plumbing and handyman services Miller Plumbing was the only one that provided any help.

I had an issue with the tub/shower diverter and as usual, emailed Miller Plumbing. I mentioned what I thought was the plumbing brand and described the problem. Pete called me within one hour. He said he had the Gerber valve repair kit in stock as it is an older home, which was surprising. I met him at the house within 20 minutes. He also found I had an issue with the hand held shower head and he had one on the truck. The job was complete within one hour. Expert service, VERY reasonable pricing, meticulous and thorough work as I have grown accustomed to with Pete and Miller Plumbing. Thanks again for a job well done.

We had a plumbing issue that required us to turn off our water for the whole house. Miller came out within half an hour of our call, and had us fixed, and with water in a very short time. We have used Miller Plumbing several times over the years, and have been completely satisfied with their work, their timeliness, and their professionalism. We highly recommend them.

Really great all around! I know absolutely zero about water heaters, just that mine was leaking. I called TODAY, and Peter was here within 2 hours! He looked at my 18 yr old heater and said it was donzo! Within another 2 hours he had drained the old and replaced with a brand new one by himself. He was extremely fast and his wife was great to speak with as well. I realize how busy you both are and thank you so much for your kindness and help today! I’ll call Millers anytime and recommend to all friends and family.

BTW the other company I called at first didn’t even call me back. Keep doing great things for your local customers/community! It’s much appreciated! 👍🙌👏

Service Tech was pleasant, on-time and returned my call quickly. However he only came with a plunger, did NOT snake, or try anything else. The PennySaver ad listed so many services, and none of these were tried. Was charged $150 for them to change flapper in toilet and to tell me to call someone else.... Very disappointed. They should consider updating the ads they publish.

I've been working with Hallmark Heating & AC for over five years now on both a Commercial and Residential level.
Commercially, Hallmark has been servicing the buildings HVAC system where I work. Having an older building with 23 outdated heat pump, units tend to break down quite often especially during the extreme heat and cold. Hallmark has been able to keep up with all of the repairs and preventative maintenance needs. I've also been working with Hallmark to update our system and replace the older units with new high efficiency units. Hallmark has helped re-engineer and tweak our HVAC system to not only keep up with our growing demands but also save us money.
On a residential level, Hallmark has been servicing the furnace and central air systems at both my house and rental proprieties. They have always returned my calls and have never “no call no show” like many contractors tend to do. I've never had an unpleasant experience and without hesitation recommend them to my friends and family.

I left two messages. Didn’t receive a call back till my daughter called. Then I got a call apologizing which I understood because of the season. Said he would call me back and four to five days followed up and said he has another job in my area and would let me know. Said call me Sunday or Monday with the details. Course now next Saturday and no follow up. Currently I would not recommend, based no return / follow up calls.

Neil was quick to respond to my call, and had the heat back up and running quickly for a reasonable cost. Recommend Hallmark as your first and only call for HVAC service.

Neil is a great HVAC mechanic. He has helped me in two different properties and was never not able to solve whatever the problem was. He is extremely reasonable and very professional.

I highly recommend Neil and Hallmark Heating. He is always very responsive and is highly knowledgeable about HVAC. I have used Hallmark for everything from repairs to service and have found his services very competitive and thorough and feel very comfortable that I am getting the best service for the price.
