Constraction reviews in Rye Brook, New York

Randy and his team did a great job with our kitchen remodel. They were there every step of the way with any questions that needed answers. Extremely professional and very detailed with the entire project. I will definitely recommend Urban Construction to any friends or family that need work done.

They were great to work with. Transparent throughout the whole process and delivered what they promised.

Great company, Randy is a consummate professional.

Excellent experience with Urban Construction. They were above board and helpful with saving us money where they should and not cutting corners where they shouldn't.

There was no drama and they result was awesome.

The crew was very clean and considerate of the space while doing the construction. They communicated well with us. We were pleased with the quality of their work.

Working with Randy was great. He completed everything in a timely manner and was extremely communicative. I would definitely work with him again.

As an architect, it can be hard to recommend anyone to a client, mostly because some General Contractors start off strong but as months go by, they fade fast. I've been working with Randy from Urban Construction Corp over the past 5 years on half a dozen projects. The 1st thing that comes to mind is that he builds things well. He doesn't waste energy shortchanging clients by buying substandard materials or cutting corners during construction. This always seems like the silliest practice by less than reputable builders, but it's inconceivable to Randy. He's direct, charges a fair fee, for what ends up being a much better product. - Kevin Pellon, Architect from DSB+ Architecture & Interiors

I highly recommend Urban Construction. Recently Randy and his team did a kitchen and bathroom reno in my parents' small coop in Westchester. They are professional and extremely talented. The attention to detail was impressive and Randy was proactive about identifying issues and discussing potential solutions with us. I will be using Urban Construction for my larger home renovation this year- highly recommended.

As Architects we have enjoyed working with Randy from Urban Construction on 4 or 5 projects as he is superbly professional, does extraordinary work and has made our clients very happy. The most important decision anyone makes is their choice of GC and for that Urban Construction Corp. is an amazing value for the work performed.

I am an interior designer and about a year ago my long time contractor retired. Urban Construction Corp seamlessly stepped in and took over my jobs and I have to admit they are everything you would want in a contractor. They are creative problem solvers, they are on time and responsive when need be. Their prices are competitive and fair. The team of workers are smart and can think on their feet, which is a major consideration as jobs always have issues that need to be resolved. They are neat and considerate of the client's homes, covering all the areas around the site and cleaning up after each day. I highly recommend Randy and Urban Construction Corp.

Randy and his team were nothing short of incredible. We had a pre-war complete renovation of our apartment and the attention that was paid to detail was simply incredible. Randy worked within our budget, was always looking for solutions, managed our timelines , we could go on and on. In addition to being a wonderful contractor, Randy truly such a great person. We cannot speak highly enough of him and his team!

The Urban Construction team are true experts and professionals. They bring attention to detail and precision to all of the work they do, they are reliable and always show up when they say they will, and their work product is excellent! Our kitchen and bathroom came out even better than expected. Highly recommended for all home/business renovations.

Randy and his crew did a great job on our Reno work. We redid windows, living room, dining room and our kitchen. They showed great flexibility as plans changed but managed to deliver a great product on time and on budget.

I love the way my condo looks after renovations by Urban Construction. Randy’s crew did a great job painting my kitchen cabinets, making them look new. They expertly installed flooring in my kitchen/dining room. They did a fantastic job repairing and painting my walls and ceiling. The workers are very courteous, trustworthy and professional.
