Buyers beware: we had them come clean our carpet yesterday, estimate of $129/room, it was unprofessional work.
The guys didn't know how to use the equipment, didn't move furniture (desk/crib) to get underneath, left empty cleaning bottles out on my driveway, appeared rushed the whole time, the carpet still feels soapy and wet this am, and much of it especially by the carpet by the walls was still wet all night. They didn't do deep cleaning (sanitize, deodorize, protect) despite having discussed that prior. They said $129/room does not include deep cleaning. No receipt provided at the end either.
We spoke to the company (Michael) and are waiting to see what they will do.
Few of the glowing reviews below also appear fake as same person left review on multiple other rug cleaning company, and other reviews the profile is restricted.

Joe did a great job. He was respectful and relational. He is knowledgeable about the job. We are happy about the oriental rug cleaning job he did. We would recommend him to anybody has needs oriental rug cleaning or pet stain removal service. No mess. Very Professionally complete the work.
