Mark and his staff has servicing our house for many years and has always provided quality, professional work. They show up when they are supposed to and do the job.

Never showed up once on the job to check on his guys was a free for all don’t worry about spending $30k on architectural drawings the guys do whatever is easier for them. I gotta say he was quick to take my money and left me with a disaster and had to hire new electrician to take over and redo most of everything pinto did so u can imagine what was a $20k job that he got paid for and never finished turned out to be a lot more than that paying the new electrician to fix everything they touched. I’ve reached out a few times to the owner and has not responded to any of my messages. I do love seeing him drive around in his Porsche Cayanne I helped him purchase. Sad people like this are still in business robbing people and I should of listened to others when they said don’t go near him. Lesson learned.

We've used a few electricians for various jobs but this was the most complicated job and the absolute best choice. The work was complicated and the conditions were less than perfect. Zaccagnino Electric Company installed a whole house generator as well as wiring our house for two elevators. The workers were pleasant to have around, cleaned up afterwards and the price was totally fair. We liked that the town building department gave them high marks before we even started the job which gave us complete confidence.

I was referred to Zaccagnino by a neighbor as I was looking to install a 200 amp panel to go along with my EV charger. Their quote was reasonable (I got proposals from several vendors) and moved forward with the installation as others had positive things to say about them. Installation went smoothly, and overall, customer service is great. We had them over again for a service call and their response was prompt and timely, and resolved the issue. I plan to use them for our lighting needs and whatever else is needed down the road. They're a local shop in Rye and I am a fan of supporting small and local businesses.
