Dillon and his team were incredibly thorough and professional. From beginning to end, we could not be happier with our decision to go with them. We had our old furnace and AC condenser replaced, and Dillon patiently walked us through each step of the process. He always provided various options along the way, and more importantly, he always respected our decisions irrespective of what we chose. Honest, knowledgeable, and precise.

Great experience with sustainable heating and cooling! I had an emergency in 100 degrees during a move, and Dillon came to the rescue quickly and solved the problem in no time. I was back up and running again soon after. He was very easy to work with and I’d definitely recommend this company!

From the initial walkthrough and design phase, to the final review, Dilion and his team were extremely easy to work with. Kenny and the team of installers not only did excellent work, they were very professional . I felt very comfortable having them install multiple units around the house and family and they even cleaned up after themselves as they went . I would absolutely hire them again.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sustainable Heating and Cooling. The technician was prompt, detailed and efficient. We had our entire HVAC system cleaned and serviced. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all of my HVAC maintenance and repairs.

We have had Air Conditioners that were thru the wall. One minute freezing then another minute it’s warm. One side of the family room freezing the other side warm. Can’t hear the TV because the A/C is noisy.

I couldn’t take it anymore especially after this past summer heat wave. My electric bill was more than I ever spent. I asked for a recommendations for a HVAC company. I asked my contractor and friend and he told me that Dillon at Sustainable Heating and Air Conditioning is the guy for me. Dillon came with ideas and advice. I asked a lot of questions. He gave us a quote and I accepted his ideas for what was best for my home and we installed 4 mini splits.
He called with an approximate date and he was true to his word. He came with a very nice guy named Dominick. What a nice guy! The work was done carefully. I was impressed.
The men just left and within minutes my home is cool and quiet.

They were neat and respectful of my home. I took out my vacuum cleaner to vacuum and as I was walking into the room, I see that Dominick was already cleaning and vacuuming up the dust.
I have 2 dogs so it is a concern when workers come to the house. Dillon and Dominick were very careful with leaving doors open. I was happy. Extremely professional.

We were given Dillon’s number by our neighbor after having difficulty finding an HVAC company we felt comfortable working with. We are so grateful for the recommendation. Delivery of the hardware was prompt and everything arrived safely. We had some unforeseen personal circumstances arise just as installation was to begin and Dillon was gracious and accommodating.

The units are expertly installed, unobtrusive and quiet. It should be noted that only the best materials and tools were used.

A year later, when our basement was ready to receive a unit, we had the Sustainable Heating & Cooling team come over to install an additional condenser and 3 inside units to complete our transformation. The house is now always at an ideal temperature, every room can have a different setting, which is great for our toddler, and discarding the old hydronic system has reclaimed plenty of space.

A shout out to his installation team as well. The guys were so pleasant to have around the house, always polite and smiling.

I rarely write reviews, and I only do so when I truly want to recommend someone.

I needed to replace my boiler, and unlike other companies that simply send generic, cookie-cutter estimates, Dillon created a fully customized quote based on the specific boiler system in my home.

He also tried to reuse any parts that didn’t actually need replacing, which really surprised me, in a good way. There are so many companies that try to push unnecessary upgrades or inflate the price, so his honesty genuinely stood out.

His team arrived on time, worked diligently, and even though the job took a bit longer than expected, he didn’t charge a single dollar more than the original estimate. Although some of those parts ultimately needed to be replaced with new ones, he did not charge me any additional fees for it. He genuinely tried to help me save money by reusing old parts whenever possible.

After moving from California to New York, I’ve been frustrated with how many companies here seem overly focused on money, so finding someone like Dillon felt refreshing.

I plan to call him again for any future repairs.

I installed the Mitsubishi Heatpump and Sustainable Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job. The entire process was smooth efficient and exceptionally well done I highly recommend sustainable heating and cooling and Dillon and his team.

During the recent freezing weather, my gas furnace suddenly stopped sending heat through the vents in the entire house despite the gas burners being ignited. Given the below freezing temperatures, I needed an emergency repair. I saw the very positive reviews on Google for Sustainable and called. From that point on, everything was smooth sailing. Elena set-up a same day appointment within 30 minutes of me calling providing all info to me via email, VM and text. Dillion arrived within 2 hours of my initial call and immediately diagnosed the problem --a loose fan wire. He repaired it and stayed just to be sure there were no other issues while sharing his professional advice regarding the 30 year old furnace. He was so professional, knowledgeable and respectful during the service visit. There were no surprise fees or add-on's or miscellaneous service charges. WOW.

I truly was pleasantly surprised from beginning to end.
