His crew was hard-working and diligent. They came on time and were consistently polite and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Dillon and his team are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. He walked us through our options for an HVAC upgrade (we previously had steam radiators for heat and no air conditioning). We opted to install wall mounted units throughout the house and remove our dependency on oil. They supported us when we required a variance from the zoning board. Once the job got started, they completed the job quickly and efficiently, and we’re so good about cleaning up throughout the installation. I can’t say enough good things about working with them!

I recently had Dillon and his team install mini-split heat pumps in my house, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. The installation process was smooth, and they took the time to explain everything to me. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my home is now much more comfortable. They’re incredible at what they do from start to finish. I met Dillon, the owner, and he was patient and kind through the whole process. Unlike many who try to add on extras to drive costs up, he never did. He was TRANSPARENT, something that many contractors, electricians, HVAC companies etc tend to stray from (transparent pricing and a clear game plan from the start). I highly recommend them.

His team (I was fortunate to work with Austin and Josh) were equally as helpful, empathetic, honest. So many companies are now bought by larger companies and told to lie and oversell. This company is great and will guide you on what you need and what you don’t need as well. They take the time to ensure you’re happy and are detailed start to finish.

Dillon was very honest and incredibly knowledgeable regarding my family’s HVAC request. We ultimately decided that we were not ready for an update yet, and he still maintained his integrity and professionalism throughout the entire process. I am also a USMC veteran and cannot overstate how much I value and trust genuine good people in this world. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and look forward to working with him in the future.

Can't recommend these guys enough! Dillon and his whole team were excellent. They installed a ductless system in our house with 3 units. They were fast, clean, very meticulous, and professional. The system works great. Dillon came himself to check in and manage the project multiple times. He was easy to get a hold of and very responsive through the whole process. The pricing was very reasonable, especially when you factor in the quality of work. My only wish is I could hire them for more services!

Easiest 5-star ever. If i was better about leaving reviews, I probably could have been one of these guys' first reviews as they first started helping us out when they were a company of 2 guys and a van. Their prices seem fair, their workmanship is pristine and clean, and perhaps most importantly everyone I've interacted with (up to and including Dillon, the owner) is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

Edit: thought it was worth adding that we've used them multiple times now as our HVAC system in the house we bought was a disaster. We now have a perfectly functioning system as well as an added wall unit to help cool off our finished attic space (that would get to 95+ degrees in the summer).

From the moment we met Dillon to discuss our need for a new HVAC system, until the install job was complete, the entire team was terrific. We got just what we needed and, unlike other companies, never felt we were being “upsold.”

Dom was awesome! Took time out to educate me on my system and to make sure the system was working at top level. He eliminated the clog that was causing my problem and brought my attention to another issue in my home since he has past plumbing experience!

My system is running great now , and I will be staying with Dom and sustainable heating & cooling for my home needs!

I solicited proposals from four contractors when I decided to change our old, traditional HVAC system to a Hybrid Heat Pump system. What stood out from my first encounter with Sustainable was Dillon’s directness and honesty in assessing the project, making suggestions and answering my initial questions. The communication continued and the amount of information Dillon gave me went beyond the many follow up questions I had. If I asked about something Dillon was unfamiliar with he was not afraid to say he didn’t know the answer, then he went away, found out about the subject and let me know his opinion. That impressed me. So I decided to go with Sustainable not because their cost estimate was the lowest, it wasn’t; I choose Sustainable because I was impressed by Dillon’s hands on involvement and promise that it would continue during the installation. I was not disappointed. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the way the Sustainable crew handled the installation. Dillon, Dominic and the entire Sustainable crew put in long hours over multiple days, always leaving our house as clean as before they came in. Every dollar I spent on this project I can see in the craftsmanship, in the creative problem solving to issues that arose and in the finished HVAC system’s design and execution. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and workmanship, but most importantly for the quality of the people involved.

Dillon and his team at Sustainable were outstanding. We were in a bind and needed immediate assistance; they made themselves immediately available and spent the whole day/night working on our system. They were organized, professional, and left our house spotless when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of HVAC services. They were great!

We had an excellent experience with Sustainable Heating and Cooling. They installed central air in our older home. They were reliable, responsive and very professional. I had expected the work to be much more disruptive than it was; I was very impressed with how well the Sustainable team managed the mess in our house and how attentive they were to protecting the floors, cleaning up at the end of each day, etc. I highly recommend Sustainable Heating and Cooling.

Dillon was fantastic to work with! He was very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. He patiently walked us through all of our options and went out of his way to accommodate us after our furnace gave out during the Christmas holiday. His team efficiently completed the job and we couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish!

Dillon and his guys were amazing! Dillon personally came over to explain exactly what we needed to update/replace our heating and air conditioning systems. The price was clear , the install was done within a few days of signing the contract, the guys who did the install were respectful, and took great care of being neat and efficient. They also replaced our thermostats and explained everything as it was being done. There are many companies out there and we got 3 quotes which were pretty much all the same, but Dillon didn’t try to oversell us, and was extremely knowledgeable, clear and performed the work as promised. I highly, highly recommend his company.

My central AC unit stopped working and I called Friday afternoon for help thinking the outside unit just needed a cleaning. Luckily they were able to get to the house that evening which was great. Dillon was extremely helpful and realized the problem quickly which was a receiver signal issue from the inside unit. Extremely satisfied with the service from the initial phone call to set up the appointment up until the work was completed. Price were very reasonable.
