Reding was quite responsive to my water issue and they came out within the hour. Ryan quickly got to work and identified and corrected the problem. Stayed long enough to verify that it had been fully resolved and my well was refilling.

After years of good service from Danny Heineman we were sad to see him go. I’m happy to say though we haven’t skipped a beat with Reding. I think we’re lucky to have them in our community!

First, I called and spoke to someone, they took my information. A week later I called again. No one remembered taking the call. Today they sent someone. Did nothing. This is reported by my tenant. I have to give my tenant heat under state law. Apparently the specialist doesn't have to do anything.

We had a small issue with our furnace and Reding was able to fit us in and get it repaired quickly. They are always professional and so easy to work with. We will be lifetime customers.

Fixed a frozen line that a normal person would've never had a chance at... And at 1:30am! Also didn't wake up my wife and daughter. Will definitely call next time we have an issue.

Zachary responded promptly and solved our problem which was an obstruction in the pipe from our house - maybe a tree root? He was very professional and polite. He was especially concerned about replacing the outside cap which had to be cut off. Why do plumbing problems always happen on weekends? Thanks to Reding for coming to our aid again.

Mike went above and beyond to make sure we had heat and brought my package in off the porch so it didn’t get stolen! I highly highly recommend Mike and Reding! I called in the morning because my furnace wasn’t heating. They were able to get Mike out the same day—in January! He fixed the problem fast and was obviously very knowledgeable. He was gave some good advice about improving our basement as we are remodeling an old home. I am very please and warm!

We had an issue with our furnace as it wasn't kicking out any heat. We called Reding, Inc and they said that even though after hours they would be able to have a tech come out to fix it. Keith came even though later in the evening and asked questions to trouble shoot what we were experiencing. He then started with examining the furnace. In no time at all he had it running smoothly and fixed. Definitely want them again.

Keith from Redding came out today to determine what my electrical issue was. He was able to resolved my issue and in the Spring a more permanent solution will be completed.

Keith is wonderful. He has been very helpful in advising and helping me figure out what to do with upcoming plumbing issues along with personally doing the installation of our new toilet. With the company merger came some admission issues that I'm confident will be resolved with better communication as they move forward to serve a now larger service area. I'm very pleased with the work done.
