Kova construction helped me completely renovate my bathroom. They were very accommodating as they did the remodeling during Christmas break, this way I can be out of the house during the process. While I was away Ostap and his team checked in / updated me daily with photos. They also were very considerate of the clean up, as they set up everything to cover the areas around so nothing would get dirty.
It was refreshing to have a contractor that actually seemed sincere and had genuine interest to make sure the project got done. And I was extremely happy with the quoted price !

I can only say incredible things about Ostap. He is the only contractor we have ever used and he will be the only contractor we ever will use. He did work at our home in Scarsdale and everything was done immaculately and very efficiently. The work was extremely high quality and he made sure that we were happy with his work every step of the way.
Beyond the projects we've done with Ostap is his incredible commitment to his clients once he has finished the work. Whenever my husband has questions or needs something looked at, we can call Ostap and he will come past the house within the next few days. We had a full gut renovation project with an addition that also involved redesigning the entire interior of the house. It was my first time doing a project like this, and I was very thankful to be able to be working with Kova. The two points of contact are Ostap Vidov and Oucimar Lozano a.k.a "Ney".

Not only were they very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the project, but they were very thorough. Both of them had extensive experience and were ready for this opportunity. Every vendor they recommended and we used during the entire project has been exceptional. I did my personal research to assess other vendors in the same field and price shop to see what made sense but a majority of his vendors were leading contenders!

Everyone produced exceptional quality work, and if you see the house from the sheetrock to the trims to the molding to the flooring, there are so many amazing details that made sure to do on their own without us mentioning anything, asking for anything, requesting anything and expecting anything.

They also managed the timelines and work flow in such a seamless way.

Since we have moved into the house, they have been very helpful in our transition into this new house, understanding every function/facet and making sure to assist if we have any questions at any time with immediate response.

I have recommended KOVA to several friends and will continue to do so as they are an awesome team!
